The service sucks. All the pictures you see are from the good side of the building. All the good things you see are props. Everything is broke and dirty. Even the kiosk has dirt and spider webs inside the glass. Broke down trailers that look like someone is living in it. Gate didn't work. Manager is basically worthless. Everything is done on his time. But check out the pictures. Tell me does that RV look like it is “just” being stored there? If you over payed or move on with them owing you money, don’t plan on getting back any time soon. This place isn’t even worth one star.

September 2021: So grateful this location has new owners and a new management company who are committed to making needed improvements. I know some things will take time, but already seeing great promise!

Gene is great and very accommodating. Big units reasonably priced. Elevator is a great help.

Website said open til 8pm, but when we drove almost 70 miles to get there, sign said closed at 515pm!!!!!! And only open Thursday to Saturday! Not impressed at all!

Pore service since the new owner took over. Rarely on site and when I finally find someone there. I stood there for five minutes listening to him on the phone ignoring me. Talking to someone about his heart attack he had weeks prior. So I left. Then I finally have the time to go there again. (Same guy) he refused to give me a managers number to make a complaint against him. Can’t address my payments because when I took a note on my phone he made me leave. Old owners where great to bad they sold out to these people. Can’t wait to get my stuff out and be done! Definitely recommend “A storage” by queen on pacific over this place. I’ve had another unit with them over 2 years and never a problem

The new owner has put in a Kiosk for new rentals and current tenants to pay for units. However, three days a week there is a manager on duty. The thing I like the most is that there is 24 hours a day access.

I have a storage unit there for $120 a month. Security is great it makes it awkward when you are in a wheelchair to be able to get upstairs to your storage unit. You cannot use the elevator only four items going into storage.

Great access off hwy34. I like the 24 hour access as well as the easy online pay option. Great management makes for easy storage. Highly recommend this storage facility.
