Fantastic newer Italian Market in Altoona. Very nice selection of high-end pasta, sauces, cheeses, cured meats and sausage as well as candies, chocolates and desserts and breads. Reasonable prices for the quality of the foodstuff. Featuring locally made candies & chocolates, Pennsylvania Macaroni Company, Breadworks Bakery Pittsburgh and much more. Very friendly staff too. Nice to have a big city style Italian Market here. Would recommend.

A lot of their products are native to Italy 🇮🇹 and as always, everything you buy is going to taste amazing! Their deli is very good. I like how they wrap the deli products in paper instead of plastic. I met the owner and he was very nice and helpful with any questions I had. They have special products and baskets for Easter, and Christmas.

I recently started shopping at Alto's because I was interested in seeing what the store was like. I have been very impressed. The store offers a nice variety of local, homemade, and imported Italian products. They also have homemade meals for takeout as well as a large variety of hot and cold subs, fresh breads, desserts and produce. The store is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Alto' s and I don't think you will be disappointed.

The eggplant Parmesan spaghetti is delicious!! So is the Italian roast beef sub and it's huge! Definitely will be one of their regular customers

Best subs in Altoona. Absolutely delicious. Just finished eating the "Venice" sub and already want another. Great selection of home made fresh foods, sauces and dressings! Highly recommended!
