Illegally evicted me and banned me from property because someone in unit was cleaning and organizing all nite thru the next day and was accused of living out of unit on a bed but no bed, no sleeping. the new district manager showed me a warning that I got in mail 2 days later and evicted me and never sent it restricted or certified, locked my code out to enter property and refused to give me my money back she took the night prior for a month rent! Don’t even know who this person is or why..

After trying to cancel the unit online, I called to cancel 1 day after they hit my card again. I was told NO Refunds no matter how many days you have already paid for. UPDATE, They reviewed the issue and issue a full refund for the month that we already paid for. Thank you for taking the time to contact me and considering my situation, much appreciated.

This is a great storage facility! We stored our RV here for years and even though we’ve recently sold our camper, we plan to use Musics again once we purchase a new one.

If my car wasn’t going to be in the shop for the next few weeks I would still have my unit. I like music’s becuase it seems to be the safest out of all the other storage unit places around me and it’s managed by a great person. If I would ever need another storage unit I would deffinitely come back here 100%
