Worst shop around. They take advantage of people who need work done on their vehicles. They tell you that they fix the issues, but the issues are not fixed. You are essentially paying for your car to sit there. So if you want to find a place for cheaper parking look eslwhere. Would not recommend you go here. Truly ashame that you cannot find a good family owned service centers anymore. Service: Auto maintenance

Worst auto shop around, absolute rip off, and unbelievably rude when you question exactly what your paying for. They over charge for everything, especially labor. Total scam, my car practically broke down after this shop, felt like they didn’t even touch it. Save your money and energy

RIP-OFF! RUDEST POSSIBLE PEPOLE RUDEST POSSIBLE PEPOLE! UNBELIEVABLE RIP-OFF ! change spark plugs 17$ each 120$ total for parts, My bill was 550$ .. when I challenged them to explain, the owner BRUCE and his daughters from front desk INSULT ME, Kick me out of the shop and tell me I own them now only cash if I want to get my car back.

The staffs were nice, but they charged me $30 to patch a tire. I asked them a few times how much it costs in advance and they just told me it depended. Finally after the work was done, it was $30 - rip off!

I've never had a repair shop treat me the way they did. They went above and beyond to explain everything to me and make sure it was fixed right. If your not going to them for all your automotive needs your crazy.

Can not say enough good things about the quality of service, value or professionalism. This Company has always gone above and beyond expectations and are always honest and fair. We were referred to them by another family who has used them as their primary mechanics for 10+ years and will not go anywhere else.....and now we will only go to Wilhelm's too. I HIGHLY recommend them and guarantee you will keep going back!

There are really only 2 things that matter in a auto repair shop: quality work and honesty. You will find both here. It's not the fanciest looking place, and the fact that they work on big trucks too may confuse some, but they get the job done properly at a reasonable price and they won't do unnecessary work to pad the bill.

Unbelievably Rude, poor workmanship and $$$$$$. I had been a customer or Whelms for 4 years, bringing several cars in for regular service. The final straw happened when I bought my car in with a severe problem. After explaining to the workman that I thought is might be related to an earlier repair they had done, the owner came out began to belittle and insult me in front of other customers. The sad thing was I wanted them to fix the problem regardless of whose fault it was and was trying to explain the history of the problem to the workman who was too dense understand and became immediately defensive. I was however pretty much done with using them anyway. About 2 months earlier I took in another vehicle that was having starting issues. Rather than using modern diagnostic equipment to figure out the problem they did the old replace parts until it works. This took hours and $750. The problem was a $75 part and an hour of labor, meaning it should have been about $160 bill. Overall they are expense and if the problem is anything other than straight forward their work leaves much to be desired. The women (family) in the office are great to work with, sadly the old man is rude and paranoid, and his mechanics are of dubious skills.
