Very cool place! The line was about 10-12 people deep waiting for them to open at 1pm. If that doesn't tell you right there that this place has some awesome ice cream and overall just a awesome rustic place. They have an old fashion soda bar which makes this one of my favorite ice cream places in Berks. 100% worth taking friends, family, and kids too!

Nothing "all natural" about this place, despite the name. The ingredient lists are a mile long, with things like artificial flavor, food additives, corn syrup, and unspecified stabilizers/emulsifiers. What happened to milk, cream, and sugar? My ice cream had an almost chewy texture to it. Lots of topping options. Cute aesthetic inside. Will not return, mostly due to the false advertising about being "all natural." Ice cream was mediocre.

Not as nice as we remembered. The ice cream soda was poorly made by the barista. We had already left and couldn’t have it done according to the menu description (missing whipped cream and cherry, was not stirred). The sweet corn ice cream is a novelty. May I suggest Pretzelvania or another of their unusual flavors?

I love everything about Longacres. Their ice cream is sooo good and their milk is the best. We buy two half gallons in glass containers every time we go. Staff is friendly and the property is gorgeous. We often enjoy our ice cream cones at the edge of the parking lot by the open fields so we can watch the sun drop behind the hills. One of my local area favorites.

I been coming here since i was a kid over 20+ years . I still love this place. The best all natural ice cream place ! Also have to pick up there chocolate milk. I call it super milk 😁 there is no comparison. Once you try it , you will know what I’m talking about . I drive 2 1/2 hours to make it here . I never been disappointed. Keep up the great work!

Hands down best local ice cream stop! Perhaps management would consider installing a numbered ticket dispenser with LED number displays inside and outside of serving area? This way, your servers do not have to yell out numbers and crowds are not confined to small indoor space while waiting for order.

My brother brought us here while we were visiting!! Ice cream was really good. Although the kids behind the counter spent more time chatting than focusing on our order, the ice cream was still good. They must’ve all been high school kids that just graduated (based on the conversations) and they don’t really know customer service very well.
