Will probably not return. Everyone inside was rude, one worker was on their phone and no one was wearing gloves. 10/10 would recommend staying away from this place. Got my food 30 mins after said time.

If I could give this restaurant a 0 star I would. Worst pizza joint I’ve ever ordered from. First time pizza was doughy and not cooked all the way. Second time couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. While being across the street and could see they were working. Third time the delivery lady in the red car refused to bring our food across the street, couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone, which lead to our food being 15 minutes late and was offered no compensation at all. DO NOT ORDERED.

We ordered a few pizzas at 7:00 pm. The initial delivery time was supposed to be at 7:50. At 8:53 our pizza arrived. It was as cold as my ex’s heart. You could only imagine our dismay when we opened the boxes to discover these two circles of congealed pepperoni grease resting upon a sea of hard mozzarella cheese. I must admit that I truly expected this after watching the dominos tracker and seeing that my pizza was being inspected for 30 minutes. I took a few cautious moments to inspect the pizza myself, but alas all I could find were two disc’s of disappointment. So if your reading this and you want pizza for dinner, try ordering it at lunch. Be ready to feed the microwave before you feed yourself. Stretch your jaw muscles thoroughly throughout the day so while trying to chew these rubbery triangles of processed imperfection you don’t suffer a lower mandible lockup. Sit back with a glass of your best Boone’s Farm and enjoy. Revel in the fact that the money you saved on the pizza payed for the wine. Drift off to a restful slumber caused by carbs ands cheap booze, and dream of making better choices in life.

They will mess up your order then lie about how long to fix it and promise free dessert to "make it right" then not provide it. They then did my receipt out of the trash and put on top of my food boxes and threaten to call police for complaining.

Ordered 4 pizzas for a party got a picture back saying they were burnt. I called Domino's and the rude lady that answered the phone laughed and said "I was standing there and they were not burnt. Anytime you put a pizza in the oven it will get dark spots." First of all it was dark second of all if you don't know how to cook a pizza or obviously don't care it will be that way. PIZZA HUT HAS NEVER MADE PIZZAS THAT WAY NOR HAVE THEY EVER BEEN SO EXTREMELY RUDE. I have NEVER been treated that way. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The way she laughed and basically called me a liar was rude and very disrespectful. The only reason I did not go to Pizza Hut is that Dominoes wascloser. I WILL NEVER VISIT THERE OR ORDER DELIVERY FROM THERE AGAIN. RUDE PEOPLE LIKE THIS DO NOT NEED TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. Thank you hateful woman for ruining everyones day. If it were possible I would leave NO STARS OR NEGATIVE STARS. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So I would honestly not talk negative about a restaurant because that’s all I work at is food industry’s and everyone has a bad day. But also money is tight and your taking care of kid and most have multiple so you wanna get the food you pay for.This place is horrible , I stopped going for years and then decided we’ll maybe one more try almost 80 dol for 2 pizzas and a Italian cheese bread.how is this possible you tell me and they are rude and not one item was correct and when told that it was messed up took back in I was made the bad guy for saying something and again took items and gave me the exact same thing so farewell dominos ….. hopefully people start carring about the work they do and people they serve no matter what kinda day it is

Don't order from the one on center street!!! ordered for delivery and waited and waited. Food was in quality check for over an hour. Finally got through to the store and was told that only had one driver. And the weather was too bad for them to drive it was barely raining. If they would have called me when I first ordered for the delivery I would have came and got it but oh no we like to never got through to them and then they tell us this about 20 minutes before they close so no I was not coming out and what would have gotten cold pizza because he had been in quality check for over an hour this is uncalled for. I'm very highly unprofessional all I can say is WOW Domino's really???

My daughter and I order often from Domino's but we definitely will NOT be anymore. My daughter ordered pizza around 10:00 pm. She spent over $40.00 and the pizza has yet to be delivered and it's close to 12:30. I understand businesses are short staffed right now but this is ridiculous, we both tried calling several times and no one would answer the phone. Someone finally did but hung up. All I want to do is cancel my order.

What started out as hunger and a hankering for pizza turned into an eight week long battle with rabies and some sort of fungus. I can’t be completely bitter over this experience because it did show me a whole new path in life and how to forgive. A man named Josh at the Kingsport store near the Mead and the old skate park likes to think of them self is the Joseph Stalin of pizza I guess my wife sneezed a little too loudly in the background during Ma phone call with him I heard him say vaguely before disconnecting you will pay enjoy the fungus I thought maybe he was jousting with a coworker making shenanigans boy was I wrong 2 1/2 hours later my wife and I are woken up at a bed by man yelling breeding and kicking the door we open it in fear there stains Josh throws the pizza on the ground and demands $83.24 plus a tip I know there’s been people who have experience worse but please for the love of God I would rather go eat at Jack-in-the-Box when they’ve not had a fresh shipment in eight weeks in the middle of July then I would go back to this place stay safe my friend God be with you

Placed an online order that took 45 minutes to deliver. Never received a notification for long delivery time. Pizza was in the state shown in the picture. Clearly looks as though driver help box on it's side. When we called the store to complain we could not receive a refund but was offered a replacement pizza. But we would have to either pick it up ourselves or wait another 30-40 minutes for it to be delivered again. As we were trying to decide what to do the employee said they'd send a different driver out and it would be about 20 minutes. After about an hour of waiting and still no pizza we tried calling again but no answer. In the end never received a replacement pizza. In the end I just feel like I was scammed out of the money I paid for the pizza. This location also used to be great but after this experience I would recommend people avoid like the plague.
