Best pizzatakeaway in Kingsport, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Ordered 4 pizzas for a party got a picture back saying they were burnt. I called Domino's and the rude lady that answered the phone laughed and said "I was standing there and they were not burnt. Anytime you put a pizza in the oven it will get dark spots." First of all it was dark second of all if you don't know how to cook a pizza or obviously don't care it will be that way. PIZZA HUT HAS NEVER MADE PIZZAS THAT WAY NOR HAVE THEY EVER BEEN SO EXTREMELY RUDE. I have NEVER been treated that way. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The way she laughed and basically called me a liar was rude and very disrespectful. The only reason I did not go to Pizza Hut is that Dominoes wascloser. I WILL NEVER VISIT THERE OR ORDER DELIVERY FROM THERE AGAIN. RUDE PEOPLE LIKE THIS DO NOT NEED TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. Thank you hateful woman for ruining everyones day. If it were possible I would leave NO STARS OR NEGATIVE STARS. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. ~Supah

The pizza is exactly what you expect from pizza hut (I really like their pizza). We mostly went because their salad bar was open again after being discontinued due to covid regulations. However, the variety on the bar was lackluster, you paid per trip, and just 1 visit was rather expensive for what you got. If it were just that though, I wouldnt have been too put off. The reason for the low rating was the fact that the manager was fussing to/about his employees at a volume clearly audible in the dining area and there was lots of inappropriate language being used for a public business. Both my partner and I were feeling very uncomfortable due to this exchange. I suppose its possible we misunderstood the context but it went on for the majority of the time we were there and I cant imagine it was somehow joking banter. If I were being spoken to like that at work I would be finding new employment. I don't care if admonishment was warranted, people deserve to be treated with respect. Cussing out your employees is not okay. We have a lot of options for pizza in our area, and if we really are craving Pizza Hut we will have to support a different location. I cannot justify going back to this particular one after that experience. ~Jaclyn
