My bank card was compromised in August. I have no idea how. I stopped in at the bank in Plymouth. I filled out a form by very pleasant, I guess manager. Sorry I don’t remember her name. My $60 was back in my account within days. Everything went very smooth. Good advice from the bank to check bank account regularly which I do now to catch any irregularities in my account immediately. Been an account holder with them for nearly 2 or 3 years. I admit I rarely use their sites, but the app is great for my needs and usage. I've gotten personal loans through them, and they were very formal and generous to assist with building credit history. Keep it up!

It's messed up that during this pandemic when most people are hurting for money they are still charging a fee to cash a check if you don't have an account. I hope the next time they need help they don't get a bail out. They are just greedy!

I called 10 minutes before closing time as I needed the online banking department and no one answered. I kept listening to the automated system telling me that my wait time was less and 1 minute. Well, 10 mins later I still wasn't able to speak to anyone. Now I have to wait until Monday!
