I recently had permanent back problems. Ask him to put it in a large bag that I brought with me. And they insisted to take it out to the car for me. Very friendly, been going to this place since the kids were small and now grown up. Use them for engagement parties, birthdays , Fourth of July parties , Etc.

I ordered two cakes and they were both delicious. The staff went over the details when I placed the order and they were very nice and thorough. They also did a nice job with the cake design. The cake had the perfect amount of flavor and sweetness. I don’t like cakes that are overly sweet and have a ton of icing. This one was not, it was perfect.

First time ever trying this bakery and oh my goodness, not my last. My cake was decorated so lovely and the cake itself along with the icing was on point! It was the perfect cake. No complaints except that it's hard to make a choice of what to get in the bakery because everything looks so darn good!

I ordered a 2 layered chocolate chip pound cake wedding cake and wasn’t impressed. And I love chocolate chip cake in general. I didn’t even want a 2nd slice of this cake or want to finish the 1st slice. I also ordered 3 cookies and those weren’t very good either. I didn’t think the decoration was that good or the taste of the cake was good. It was too dense and just kinda blah. The decoration was sooooooo boring - they just did piping around the edge. (We added the Star Wars figures ourselves.) It was so bad when I arrived I asked them to add 2 more bands of piping to the other edges and it looked slightly better but that piping is something a home baker can do. I know Clay’s is highly recommended but I think that’s because it’s a local bakery that has lots of decorated cakes it can make but they don’t taste that good and I wouldn’t use them for something elegant.

We were in need of a cake for a 45th birthday celebration. In light of this being a special occasion we ordered the Clay's signature chocolate chip pound cake. The cake decoration was fine, the cake however was beyond dry. I paid $50+ dollars for a 7 inch cake that was lacking in the promised moist density and was inedible. It was a total disappointment.

I got cupcakes here. They kinda tasted like they were made from a box mix. Very bland, very airy. The frosting is good. They used a lot of frosting. Their cake mix needs work. I expected a lot better from a professional bakery.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to be home for my birthday so I was last minute with everything. Found this bakery online and I’m glad I did. I ordered this cake the same day, the morning of! The staff was very helpful, very professional. They took my order over the phone and also asked me to email photos of what I liked off their website. The cake was ready within a few hours, was beautiful and tasted delicious! I will be returning and recommending!
