$50.00 dollars for a wash. They only vacuum a small area, didn't wipe down interior, and windows washed only by going thru the auto wash. When i got home, i vacuum, wipe down interior, and washed windows. Will never use this over priced business again. Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

I confirmed on google that they were going to be open before a lengthy trip to get there. I arrive to a sign saying “we will be closed.” The owners really don’t care about the customers. I signed up for the rewards program after one of my first visits, and after many car washes i asked the cashier about how the rewards worked, and was told that if i get 15 more car washes i’d get $2 off. I don’t want to continue coming here. Their parking lot gets disgusting with all their carwashing chemicals, their prices are high, and they don’t even do a good job. I always have to re-do most of the cleaning by hand once i get home from there.

I was waiting for my car to be washed and I heard the owner (Chris) using bad language and foul mouthing another older aged customer, all because the poor man asked a couple of extra questions about the high cost of their services. The owner also refused to give the man change for 20, insisting that he pay a high tip to the workers. Very insulting. Last time I’m coming here. My wife and I moved to the King of Prussia area last year and have been taking both of our vehicles here ever since. She drives a Mercedes and I had an Audi up until recently when I traded it in for a Tesla. The team here always takes great care of our cars, are friendly and professional. While driving home today after getting my dad's car and my own car washed, I realized that I'd left my wallet on one of the outside tables. I called the car wash and the manager, Chris, answered and immediately went outside to personally check himself. It was a sigh of relief when he came back to the phone and advised that the team had my wallet safe and secure. I'd recommend this car was to my friends and family any day! $40 wash+$15 SUV charge +$10 tip and they didnt clean much beyond the front seats. When I got home, the trunk area hadn't been touched at all so I'm not sure what the extra fee is for. Water spots are everywhere on the exterior, there was little to no wipe done on the interior (leather seats that I easily wiped clean once back home) and only the front windows were cleaned. When I got home I spent 15 mins completing the vacuuming and window washing. The weirdest thing was the guy took 20 mins "cleaning my car", but half of the time was just him blowing compressed air on the exterior to end up with water spots all over. I've taken less time at a drive through car wash with self vacuuming with better results. Which is what I did with car #2 instead of anymore wasting my time and money here. $70 out the door for a half clean SUV vs $23 to do the whole thing myself in the same amount of time. Not quite a luxury auto spa when my manual labor is still needed to get my car cleaned after they're done..

As a customer of Sloan BMW I was given a certificate for a full service car wash. My experience was disappointing to say the very least! The animals that prepared my vehicle tore out my front mats that were hooked in with screw in mat grips hooks and all. Two of the hooks broke and are stuck in the carpet and two of the hooks did not give and tore my carpet which now requires replacement. To add insult to injury the quality of the wash and follow up detail was horrible. Dirt and bug splatter still left on the vehicle and windows that were not streaked previously are now beyond streaked due the poor training/quality/work of the employees. I expressed my concerns to the cashier and she set the expectation that I would hear from the owner Christopher Debbas within 24 hours. It is now well over that and I have heard from no one. Christopher now has a message expressing my dissatisfaction and disappointment on his VM. What a poor way to run a business!

Absolutely not worth the price at least the basic & Ritz service. Vacuum was horribly done with all dirt still there. Mats pulled outside were thrown upside down. the sticky pad on one of the floor mats were torn apart. windows still stained and with all the streaks left on the windshield. Do not recommend them at all .waste of money.I got Ritz service done. Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming
