My popcorn arrived today and I'm very happy it tastes so good a phone call is the best bet to get ahold of them if you need to they get back pretty quickly and theres not a thing set up to email you when it ships or anything I tried email but they never responded to it so like I said the phones the sure way to get ahold of them

I contacted them via email on Saturday about my order not arriving. He said he would research it once he was in the office on Monday. Then he never returned any of my emails? I sent numerous emails after that and never heard back. The popcorn tastes good but I probably won't be ordering from them again. That is poor customer service not returning customer's emails! So beware if you do order online and want to contact them they may not answer you back! How do you expect to keep customers if you don't return there messages?

Very good popcorn. I purchased the salt and vinegar, golden cheddar and bacon cheddar. The salt and vinegar is my favorite. Ships quick.

Tourist trap! 11.99 for a bucket! Wasn’t crispy, like it sat out all day and too salty. I just bought 2 huge bags at Costco, buy one get one free for $5 and change. Costco’s was much better!

Very good popcorn. So fresh. Our favourite is gourmet caramel corn. If you dont sure which one do you like, they have small cups of sample.
