Alaska Airlines lost my bag and compensated me $300. I couldnt think of a better place to go. I cant phasom what the total was retail. Alaska Airlines is amazing and so is Burlington

Within 30 seconds of walking into the store, I felt like I was not wanted or appreciated as a customer. There was apparently a shift switch during this time and as the one employee(Leanne)was filling in the younger employee, I overheard her say "well I guess people don't believe in going to family picnics anymore, they just want to come here and shop." I understand your frustration, that you have to work on a holiday but you should be grateful that in this economy people are still willing to go buy things from your store. If it wasn't for your customers you wouldn't have a job. But what bothered me the most was the assumption that every person w walking through that door had a family picnic to attend. As it turned out i was in the store today trying to find a new sun dress to wear to a family reunion next weekend. My family lives 5 hours away, this is the first reunion since my mom's passing. I don't think i, or my younger sister needed to hear this rude comment. Get your employees in line. And shame on the older employee for not teaching the younger employee. Can't just blame young people for poor customer service.

Great quality for a great price! Seriously. Awesome customer service at all of the locations we've visited around the Pittsburgh area. Always friendly staff and this place seems to have a little bit of everything.

Burlington products are good quality but employees are rude. I was treated very badly and felt very unwelcome. Service was of the poorest quality. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

On this visit, we found some good deals on household items. The picture wall 🖼 art are very reasonably priced and a lot of variety ones to choose from. Service clerks at check out counter were all nice and friendly. Just need to work on placing items in shopping bags.

Not what the store uses to be. Employees are bored and don't want to be there. They don't smile or greet you like they used to. It seems to be just a job for them as the younger generations just come and go. Shelves are messy and items are scattered and thrown about. (I understand customers do the same but you can tell when you're shopping and watching employees. Makes it less enjoyable to shop there.
