Julianne the manager at Wells Fargo Bank in San Marcos, Texas extremely professional. I couldn’t understand a problem about my debit card the banks means of delivering a lost /stolen card ( digital wallet), which helped extensively in understanding a complex situation. Julianne was extremely kind, empathetic and allowed me to Descalate. She did an amazing job! Five stars and she needs a raise. Julianne defines management!

The teller at this location made me feel awkward for coming inside to deposit a check INSISTING that if I deposit checks through the mobile app the money will be available instantly. Well I just tried it and guess what? MY MONEY IS NOT AVAILABLE! How are they getting this really simple information incorrect!? I really needed that money today, and I trusted that my bank teller knew what she was talking about. I guess not. I only deposited a check for $160 dollars, so it's nothing to do with the amount. I tried calling the location to complain, but they can't even answer the phone. Very disappointed in this lack of professionalism. Simple information like when someone's money is going to be available should not be something tellers are messing up.

I scheduled an appointment to create two checking accounts for my daughters. I was told upon entering that only one was scheduled so only one can be created… i specifically left notes in the appointment that I needed to create two accounts… very poor or no communication with the bank…. Will move all my money somewhere else ( thank you Maria for your help excellent customer service). Lots of ways to get your message across… yours was the worst..

What good is a telephone if you don’t answer it? I tried to call this branch several times and no answer. I am closing on a house today and needed a cashiers check for said closing and wanted to get the details of this process as I work during this branch’s open hours, and will be getting the check during my lunch break. Never using this branch again.

I went in to open another account a few days ago and was helped by a young man named Daniel Canales Jr., I have never learned so much about what benefits I have banking with Wells Fargo as I did in the short time I spent talking with Daniel. He was very informative, warm and welcoming, he answered all my questions and even told me about features I could use in mobile banking I'd never heard of! Daniel spoke with me on how to improve my credit and ways Wells Fargo could help with that also, I've never left Wells Fargo feeling so happy, thank you Daniel, I appreciate you more then you know!

Wow, what a friendly bank! In the age of automated tellers, and banks getting away from walk-in services, this bank does not fit that model. They have people greeting you as you enter, and making sure you are directed to the proper person for your needs. They are focused on providing personalized service. This is fantastic!
