Was told I could return shoes if there were any issues. They ended up not fitting right I tried to return them was told I couldn't because it wasn't a manufacturer defect.

I was "yondering" through the area to see what I could and I wanted a dose of local color so I stopped in. Boy Howdy! That was a great decision! Not only was the feel of the place inviting, the staff made me feel like a local. They were so helpful and full of information. Angel brought me up to speed with the local history while Miranda worked up a hand written list of "must see places" in PA. The store is full of high quality outdoor wearing apparel and footwear. It also has a great section of cooking supplies and dry goods. We are going to have a blast with the large selection of cookie cutters I purchased for the grand-kids! Angel, Nona, Miranda, thanks for preserving good old fashioned service!

After 6 years I decided to give them another try. Called about a week ago and ordered shoes and I was told about a week and a half, which was right on. Went in today to pick them up and the service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful above and beyond. I was extremly happy with the quality products and the entire staff. So in all fairness I ask anyone reading these reviews to disregard my prior review of 6 years ago, and stop in and see them for any of your needs.You wont be disappointed.

I do like the store. I don't like the people who run the store. My husband and I went in to look around. We just moved back to the area and always bought the pancake mix and jerky. Everytime we would go to a different part of the store, someone conveniently followed us and pretending to fix something close. Watching every move we made. Wow, so judging. I will order online from now on.

Absolutely pleased with selection , price and service provided at the establishment. From boots to hoodies to old skool pancake mixes, they have something for everyone. There aren't enough stars to accurately rate Heplers.

My buddy Nick took me here about 2 years ago-- try to stop in whenever I pass thru the area. Quaint rustic store-- the most friendliest gals you ever want to meet. Friendly, courteous service, just about anything ya want in stock. Some of the best, freshest herbs/spices you'll ever find. I recommend you stop by-- you won't be sorry.

Great customer service. My son's boot tore on the seam. I called and they said to bring it in. Upon taking it into the store, it was confirmed it was a flaw and they replaced the boots for us. It was covered under warranty. Great variety of items and friendly service. Definitely will continue to shop there.

I have always had great experiences in the store, The items are of high quality and unique items for the working woman or man. The lady's have always gone above and beyond in accommodating my needs with service and attention. If your in the area or live local your missing out if you don't stop in. Seemed like a very nice store . They seemed to have a lot of inventory. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything I was looking for , because there was no customer service. There was a lady there , who was standing there talking to to some guy about sports the whole time I was there and never offered any assistance. May try it again in hopes that she is not the only employee and the next time there will be someone there who actually does their job.
