I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt twice coming here and every time the manager is so rude. Just not welcoming at all and just stare at people with this state. No smile or anything. And than i don’t like that if you lose your receipt they won’t even allow you exchange for anything. Being mindful spending my money with got the look from this day forward. Fashion nova is just gone be my goto

Whoever does the buying for this location needs to be fired. There use to be a variety of sizes, including plus sizes. I went through the whole store and I didn't see anything bigger than Large. Know the neighborhood you are serving before doing business in that neighborhood. This business is missing out on big money by buying from vendors that cater to smaller women only. I would recommend for skinny strippers but not FASHION!!

The girls at this location are rude as hell and make it seem like you're inconveniencing them when you need help with anything. I recommend going to the one on Fox St. The employees there are very sweet.

Clothing selection is very limited. Nothing for conservative women. I guess this is a store for floozies only. Anyway decent shoe choices. They just never have the size I need. Oh and y’all should get some stuff for us a little on the heavier side. Could be a decent store if you listened to your customers. I see the owner only responded to 5 star reviews. Hopefully you see all the rest and take heed. I would go back only to see if they’ve done better. Will change review then

The store is very clean, very neat, well organized. I personally don't like none of the clothes that they sell, other than that I would actually give it more stars. I would not recommend shopping here unless you are really desperate for attention, or prefer getting a lot of attention, everything in there that was being sold was about showing your body some way somehow.

The most unique shoes and jeans. The clothes are mostly for millennials, but I love the foot wear and jeans

The store has a lot of trashy clothes it's for woman on the smaller end so if you a extra large and up dont bother shopping here. They don't have enough workers on the floor if any to help you. There shoes and sandles are nice but cheap so they need to knock them prices down. My sister wore her shoes yesterday for the first time and the strap broke.

I use to like this location until yesterday when it was close to closing time. My friends and I went in 20 mins before closing knowing exactly what we wanted because we just came from the one on Fox Street and the employees were rude. They saw one of us walking towards the dressing room and closed the doors. I asked if they could try on something and they said no because they were closing soon. Which is fine but the problem I had was that after they said that, they continued to let employees try on clothes that the planned on purchasing. Why close the dressing rooms to us and not the employees too? The ones that are off the clock are technically customers. I just felt some type of way. In addition to that they keep saying rude comments about how people come in last minute, and how the time online must have been wrong. I know they close at 9pm that’s why we rushed from the other location to that one. Love the selection but the employees could use some hospitality skills.
