Absolutely fabulous store and historic museum of new and old hand made and crafted Buyers Choice figures. The owners have been a big part of giving back to the community and beyond. Workers can be viewed at work from th observation deck. Such a heartwarming experience 💕

The place was more than I expected. Beautiful! The many different village set ups were amazing! Would definitely go back there. The lady's that were working there today were so sweet and helpful. If you love Christmas( and some Halloween) you will love it here!

When you buy at Byers Choice, you don’t just buy a Caroller, you buy an experience! Staff went above and beyond! I’m not in the habit of writing reviews, however I felt compelled to do so after my experiences at Byers Choice this week. I want to say a BIG thank you to 2 lovely ladies…Melissa and Stacy who were working on the shop floor that day. Both ladies turned what could have been a disappointment into an absolute Christmas joy! They made my day and I will always remember them for their kindness and the level of effort they demonstrated. My family and I will enjoy our Byers Choice carollers in the years to come with such special memories. God bless and thanks again, all the way from SC, USA and Australia.

A visit to Byers is our new family holiday tradition! It's less than an hour's drive from Philly with free parking and free access to their exhibit rooms, and no reservation necessary. Byers is a family business that handcrafts holiday figurines, notably their Carolers. There's a short optional video about the company's history and commitment to giving back to the community. There are entire rooms (filled with hundreds of Carolers) celebrating a Dickens' Christmas, early America, Santa's workshop and a New England winter. The tour ends in the gift shop with no sales pressure to buy. There are public restrooms. It would be nice if they added a food and beverage area.

Year round Christmas. Lots to see and buy for holidays. Friendly staff, you can make your own craft, see the workers making Dickens Villagers

Enjoyed stopping here and walking around their museum. There are some incredible exhibits from around the world. One of the best aspects was that it was free to visit. I'd like to see what their place looks like when the weather is nice. I think kids would enjoy walking through during the Christmas holiday.

If you're a Byers Choice fan, a short visit to the factory is worth the trip. The factory is less than 30 minutes to Philadelphia. The grounds are beautiful. Upon entering you'll experience Christmas in a Dickens Village setting. A short video about the company is viewable in the theatre and worth the 8 minutes viewing time. You can dress up as a caroler in the costume room and take photos in the village backdrop. Walk through the rooms to discover the massive doll collections. You can even view the factory operations from an observation deck. The gift shop is phenomenal with excellent customer service. Allow 60-90 minutes for the visit.
