~*I called the store at 5:01 PM 11.11.22 and the man in the seafood department was EXTREMELY rude and hung the phone up before I even finished speaking and asking my questions. I don’t have to patronize a place where employees treat customers poorly.*~

I was incredibly dissapointed when shopping at Fresh Thyme in Bloomington tonight. First I noticed prices had increased, some by 50% -75%. A cup of bulk rice cost $2. Then, I was looking at the fresh herbs (lemongrass specifically) and not even a full stalk was packaged for $4. I then noticed all of the chicken had different prices and weights on the package ranging from $7-$16 but they were all 1lb packages. Some said 5lb some said 2. 3, etc. I even brought a few to a scale for a sanity check. All 1lb. Everyone is struggling with inflation right now. Scamming customers to this degree is outrageous. It's such a bummer to see this place operate this way.

Already my favorite place for groceries having the best deals on the best produce and they just took a leap forward on modernizing with self check outs, making this whole place incredibly amazing

Incompetent manager Mike H at the Bloomington MN store. Incapable to packing groceries in a bag. Went home to find an item missing. Mike H packed our groceries and handed the bag to me but blamed us for leaving an item behind. He told me that I didn’t see where he left it and that we have to drive back to this congested location we do not usually shop at, out of our way, to get the item or our money back. He took absolutely no responsibility for his mistake or working out a resolution for putting us out. What a disgrace. The lines were also very long at checkout and he wants us the customer to be patient and understanding. How about just do your job right instead or projecting your failures onto the customer? It’s the grown up thing to do.

Not my favorite fresh thyme. Not well stocked and a confusing layout. The St Louis Park location is smaller but you have a better chance of finding what you need there. The staff, however, is wonderful and extremely helpful.

You guys are looking at a serious accident soon. The way you pile goods on the top the shelves is ugly and dangerous. Im done shopping there untill you do something about it. The standards are going down at your store every year. Do better!

They have Great Vegan Products and of course they also carries awesome incense Sticks to have for your home. I’ll recommend for anyone to come here at Fresh Thyme in Richfield MN

When this first was new here my family really liked it. They had good deals and the meat was reasonable. It was actually worth the drive to this store. Unfortunately though as time went on, in my opinion it fell down hill. You would go there when something was on sale and they would be out! The chorizo meat used to be good but then that started to become gross. And this place just started to not be worth going to. Which sucks because I really enjoyed going to this store!!! But the money towards gas just didn’t make it worth it. Might as well pay more at the closer stores.

I went shopping with my 1 year old daughter at about 10am on Monday morning. I was maybe one of 5 shoppers. Everything looked beautiful and was fully stocked. It was a great time to shop. The only thing I didn't enjoy was how many large pallets were needed out on the shopping floor. I felt a little blocked in or forced to go around. I get it. But people just kept bringing them from the back room. One after the other. It made it hard to abide by the posted direction you were supposed to be walking down the isle in. Not a big deal. Didn't bother me. But watching other customers be so annoyed made me annoyed. Lots of deals. ALWAYS. Its certainly a place to buy snacks. Great prices. Great flavors. Great selection.

Very conveniently located and the best part is their underground parking area which is so nice in the frigid MN winters. The place has a fairly good variety of baked goods, cheeses, hummus and desserts as you enter. Prices seem lower than whole foods market. Salad bar is quiet ok. You could create your own pizza or sandwich and eat at the small area right after the cash counters. Produce is good quality with both organic and non organic options. If you are going there lunch time to grab a quick bite, you might be disappointed with the wait time at the cash counters as generally they only have two open.
