So I was I at the store yesterday, to make an exchange, the shoe really didnt fit right, so I was looking around. The women's section, to me, could have more selections, besides that it's great. So, after a while of being indecisive I finally find a sneaker... not in my size...next..too big...next...too small...next dont fit right...so I just wanted a refund. Well the policy doesn't do refunds unless you use a credit card (I understand why). So Laura, helped me with every shoe, size, and suggestion until I found something I was happy with. I explained my feet to her and I left there satisfied. I appreciate the great customer service even though you were helping 3 other people you never once was unprofessional, (its rare). Tamyra and Dia were very friendly and I even had a couple laughs with them. I will def will be back. Thank you ladies for walking in the royalty that you are. #supportblackbusiness #supportyourlocals

The staff is rude they have loud music the staff only greet certain people when they come in. I will never shop here again these people are very RUDE. I DONT RECCOMEND THIS STORE
