The owners of this shop are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. You can not go wrong with their quality and workmanship. I would not trust anyone else in this area with my family vehicles!

Goood mechanic. Charged me for what I needed and didn’t try to sell me anything ridiculous or anything I didn’t need.

I went here several years ago and never returned because instead of simply stating "we don't do free estimates" he had to "mansplain" what an estimate was. A week or so ago, i was in a bind with leaking coolant. I talked to the receptionist and while she warned me they were full that day (Tues), she told me she could "get it in" the next day. She was helpful and worked with me about picking it up after hours. She did not tell me they were fully booked that entire week and "get me in" just meant they would look at it, and not repair it until the following week. It was a one day job. I don't know who can survive without a car for a week in this town, never mind a working person. They knew I had a job to get to and I even told them I had a rental car. I spent hundreds on rental car and ride services in a week's time. I called to complain the day I was to pick it up. I was hoping to get a small percentage off for the delay. Instead, I got an earful AGAIN about what an estimate is and how hourly employees get paid (like I somehow didn't understand this because I am female). He even had the audacity to tell me that "had I just told him I needed it back before the weekend" they could have waived the assessment so I could have it towed elsewhere, but since I didn't, nothing off. I guess they assume everyone could afford hundreds in rental car fees in addition to expensive car repair. After I complained for some time that they simply could have told me they were booked that week, I got a very forced "sorry." Still not a penny off. In addition, because i picked up my car after hours, I didnt see the receipt until I already paid. I don't think an oil change had anything to do with my repair and they changed my oil! I never asked them to do this or discussed it. If it was part of the repair fine, but dont add (and charge for) services I didn't request! My "sticker" said I was due soon but my car's sensor said oil life was still 65%!!! Sadly, i live so close I would have brought so much business had he not been such an arrogant, demeaning, entitled person. (Edits based on owner's response: oil change question/complaint not addressed. And yes I was aware they did not do free estimates, which is why i did not fight it when i was told it would not be finished til Monday. At that point, i knew i would have to pay for the estimate, so I assumed it was "stuck there," knowing i would have to pay for work not completed and to have it towed elsewhere. It was what it was, and i accepted it was out of my control. I had no idea waiving the assessment would be on the table, as it wasn't last time i was there, and not offered til afterward. I did tell him if he would be able to finish it Friday, i would really appreciate it. I did not state I HAD to have it back then, as there was nothing pressing other than mounting rental fees. Maybe had i "explained" to him how car rentals worked (as he "explained" estimates, scheduling, cancellations, and hourly wages to me) he might have understood every day cost me more money. Regardless, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, never mind not counting the weekend they weren't open and i was without my car, and Monday til the end of the day is a long time to be without a vehicle when i was told by the receptionist they would "get it in" Wednesday and was not told that meant only look at it, which they did not call me about til the very end of Wednesday.

Took truck there for alignment. After waiting for two hours I drive off and turn around because steering wheel was off. “Owner says” my guy tried aligning it 3 times and couldn’t get it straight. Of course I asked for a refund. But if you can’t align something and it takes 3 times wouldn’t u let customer know and just be honest to them rather then having customer go down road and come back upset? Anyways I took truck up the road to another repair shop and they aligned it in 1 try. Steering is dead on now. Won’t ever be going back to this place or recommend them to anyone.
