Selection of beers were excellent

Stopped in for the first time yesterday upon recommendation from my cousin. The selection was unlike anything I had ever seen, they'll let you buy one of anything to put in your mix and match 6 pack, and the service was wonderful. I asked for input and was given honest feedback on the different beers as well as recommendations. I will 100% be visiting again.

The staff is so lovely there. Thanks to guy who liked my vivid blue coat, the new guy who laughed when I told him he leveled up, and the sweet lady who was sunshine from the minute I walked in. :)

Stopped in today for the first time to buy Twisted Teas for the evening, nothing fancy (Pitt undergrad), and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, offered me help as soon as I walked in. Will definitely be stopping in again!

A really good selection of beer. They even have beer from other countries Some beer stores in Pennsylvania consider imported beer to be beer from out of state :) Glad to say that The House of Brews has one of my favorite imported beers -- Bass Ale from England. Located in the shopping center, so there is plenty of parking.

I was extremely appalled when I came into the store. I just turned 21 a month ago and am out of state. I approach the counter with a bottle and a can (probably $5 worth of alcohol) and greeted the lady behind the counter very kindly, asking her how her day was. When I produced my ID the lady immediately looked at it for 2 seconds and said, "This looks fake." I then told her I recently got my.new license since I lost my other one. Her response was "do you have another form of ID?" Being that I don't carry around my passport, the only thing I had in my wallet were credit cards, and showed her one. She then half heartedly tried to scan my ID and couldn't, and then looked at the back and saw a bubble on my magnetic strip, and then said that she couldn't scan it because of that. The strip is magnetic, a small bubble won't affect the ability to scan it. I am ashamed and appalled by the way I was treated. I'm unsure if it was racism or pure ignorance since the licenses from my state are new. I will gladly go in there and educate the lady at the counter and everyone else in the counter about the new ID from my state and the MULTIPLE FRAUD PROTECTION MEASURES SHE COULD HAVE EASILY CHECKED USING A REGULAR LIGHT AND A BLACK LIGHT TO VERIFY. The selection and prices are good, but I felt wronged and I'm not sure if it was my race or my age or sheer ignorance about driver's licenses. It is such a shame and I am disgusted by this woman's behavior.

My go to place to pick up my beer needs. They have a very good selection & if they dont have it, they will try to find it for you. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff, including the owners. If you are in the Robinson Town Center area & a Craft Beer Enthusiast, this is a must visit!

Grabbed a bottle of Utopias here. 5 stars for getting one and having it when I showed up, lol. All kidding aside, these guys have a pretty good selection, are in a great location right by the Wine and Liquor store and charge fair prices.

For a really unusual beer distributor experience..call ahead & be sure that Tim is working!! This was the best service in any service oriented venue I have ever had! , (and I am a manager at a restaurant , so I know about service) Not only was I greeted promptly and enthusiastically, his knowledge of product was second to none! I live about 30 miles away & probably pass no less than 20 other distributors on the way, I will gladly drive the 30 miles just to experience the 'customer service' that Tim provides. Thank you, Tim!
