I ordered a COVID-19 test for home. Since I felt I was positive and had all the symptoms. No taste no smell. I ordered it online and it said it was IN STOCK. Next day I'm getting ready to go pick it up and I got an email stating it was NOT in stock and the order was cancelled. I reviewed the order since they asked me to in an email they sent me. I gave them the heads up that their inventory system is flawed, and also gave them a way to improve it with software. They didn't like my response and said it didn't fit their review guidelines. So now I'm reviewing it here. I'll call next time I suppose but if they have an online system to use maybe make it work and it's up to date. If they have it right?

Had to contact the Pharmacy this morning, because they keep sending me conflicting emails about my prescription refills. Every email says something different. The female pharmacist was beyond rude. I’ll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

DON'T bother getting a covid test at Walgreens. We have been waiting for over four days now for results from the subcontracted Aegis Labs in Nashville, Tennessee to process the covid test results. Walgreens did not even have a tracking number for the Fedex shipment to the labs in Nashville. Now we have acknowledgement that the test samples are being processed but that has been for the last day and a half and no results available. If they do not have the capacity to process the surge in tests, why were there appts available? This is so unacceptable for people's health decisions (affecting life and death) and for protecting families and communities from further spread of the virus.

The manager working this morning (6/4/20 10:30am) was excellent at her job. She thought on her feet and turned a potentially annoying or inconvenient technical-difficulty experience into a pleasant example of outstanding customer service. The higher ups should take notice. 😊

The pharmacy staff was very calm and understanding when I was visiting from out of town and needed pain medicine. My doctor screwed it all up, but these ladies who worked the shift from the 3 to 530 time today were amazing. Thank you Walgreens. One more example of why Walgreens is above and beyond CVS.

I went to Walgreens last week. I "normally" save 50% or MORE according to bottim of receipt. If ur NOT a Walgreens lover, like myself, but you do have a store close by, u may wanna listen up. If u go to their app PRIOR to going into store, then I will $ave LOTS! For example, on the app they had $3 off (2) Febreeze products. But they dont post that anywhere, u gotta do ur research, via app & load their "E-coupons" to ur loyalty card, prior to shopping there, & they had their Febreeze linen spray 2/$6 so $3 each is still a decent price but after loading the $3 off e-coupon I walked away with each bottle for $1.50 each. Thats an exc price. They have a coupon book normally on rack next to their flyers, b4 u get to cashier their coupons are in alphebitical order, skin ur cart & their coupon index. ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING IN THERE U ARE GONNA BUY! P.S. Pay attn at register (@ subtotal) e-coupons get submitted @subtotal. I'll normally find 1 coupon missing. However, still worth the time. Crafton's employee, Tonya, actually was my over the top helper that day. App her NON-rushed time & answers!!
