why do they pile the meat cheese and toppings on top of the bun instead of making it like a hoagie? very confused for my first time there. I shouldn't have to "make" the sandwich, that's their job 🤦🏼♂️

**UPDATE** 5/17 Decided to order via DoorDash today and the experience was absolutely horrible. Completely different than actually going to the physical location. Please see previous review below for in person visit. I ordered 2 sandwiches and some sides. Total including $55 tip was close to $131. I always take care of the delivery driver and this time I got robbed. Order arrived and I was missing a sandwich. Called the driver and she blamed the store and didn’t even offer to go back and pick it up for me. Called the store and the employee stated that my sandwich was still there on the counter and that the driver forgot it. Not sure who to believe. Also the cookies were 4 days old and not fresh at all. Everything was disappointing except for the bag of chips. I’m going to leave the 5 star review for my initial visit. I would rate the order today and the delivery 1 star. 5/15 Stopped in tonight and placed an order. Line moved quickly and everyone was truly awesome. Girl working the register and the guy that handed me my food were absolute rockstars. They even made a comment on how friendly I was. What a world class customer experience. Food was incredibly fresh and portions were huge. The quality of the ingredients are top notch and I would highly recommend Primos. Thank you for making my night!

TL/DR - Food is great, legit PHL hoagies. Tip the kids working there - makes us all look bad that their jar sits empty. Believe it or not, Primo as a company as well as this location keeps it real to their deep PHL Roots. It really is a quality hoagie and you get the same high grade bread, meat, cheese, and ingredients (too many to list) you would in Philly. I am honestly shocked by this. The only shame is that the tip jar often sits empty. These kids are working hard to bring high quality, real food to us easily & quickly yet the clientele of NEPA seems to feel insulted at the idea of throwing them $2 or $3 in gratis for their efforts. Shameful - makes us all look bad.

Clean, Clean, Clean. I looked at the menu and there was so much variety. It's a fairly new place in the Dickson City area and again I was picking food up for someone, buy can't wait to try.They move people right along and the service was quite good.

My boyfriend and I ordered today, he got an Italian sub which was delicious but i ordered a small buffalo cheesesteak (Italian diced chicken with buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing) the first two bites were just bread and then the rest was just bread and rubbery Purdue chicken with no sauce or blue cheese. I was so disappointed.

Awesome! Awesome employees! Awesome service! Awesome food! Priced very fair for the quality we got. Didn't know you guys closed at 8 and came waltzing in clueless at 745pm. We were never rushed and enjoyed shooting the breeze with everyone for a few minutes before we went home. This is what good area sandwich shops are about, good people and good food. I found about ten different types of hogies I want to try so I guess we'll be back a few more times.

I ordered a turkey hoagie and they cut the meat fresh when you order. The bun is fresh and they fill it. My order looked just like the menu. I ate it before I got to take a picture! Highly recommend! They also have platters.

High quality meat and cheese with fresh crusty sub roll. I had a small ham and American cheese with lettuce, tomato, and oil&vinegar. Price was reasonable given the current state of inflation. Business was brisk, and service was prompt and courteous. I will be back.
