Good selection of items but the deals did not seem that great.

Deals and store are great 🙂 every time I go there's always someone super helpful. Except this last time, my daughter wears a back brace for scoliosis and one of the cashier girls wouldn't stop staring at her the whole time in an awful way, it wasn't once or twice it was almost the whole time we were standing by her partner while paying for our things. And to add to our experience this week I call the store for a pickup order and the lady on the phone (Joyce) was nothing but rude and mean, treating me like I was stupid and wasting her time, very uncalled for comments... Management should be in charge of better customer service.

I was looking to buy a a decent set of sheets for my bed. My biggest complaint is that there is nobody walking the floors in the different departments. The only 2.associates I had contact with were at the one checkout station that was open. I had questions and had to keep going back and forth half way around the store to get answers! I have a bit of a bum leg making it difficult for me. However, I did find a nice set thanks to the one older associate who was very helpful.

Always find exactly what I need when I need it. But I've been there so much I know the place like the back of my hand the last time I was there it was for a 4 slice toaster. And they had just what I needed

Check out person was nice--picking up an online order! In the salon, the manager was super nice and knowledgeable about their hair care products. I have always loved this JC Penney's at DuBois Mall!

It was nice in there my first time going there with my daughter and they did not have the size I need it for her that was very disappointing because she's a big girl but otherwise and that it was a very nice place up very dead in there I'm very clean
