Anthony was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and updated my phone and provided a new Sim card. Answered all my questions and was very cordial and professional. He fixed my problem very quickly too. Also found a new case for me. I hope he stays around for a while. He's a keeper.

I went in needing a new phone and the guys there got me the new galaxy for super cheap a month! Jake and Kyle always do such great work!

We were greeted upon arrival by both of the male representatives. They were both very helpful and assisted us in all of our questions. We were informed on the current discounts and promotions. Jake helped me upgrade my phone and his service was extremely quick and easy. I’ve been serviced with AT&T for about 6 years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had!

Nice place. Signed up for landline phone & internet hoping it's better than what Verizon has now. Not to knock Verizon but my Verizon landline & internet doesn't work the apps when you switched to Cricket & AT&T. Had to sacrifice Verizon for my new cellphone. Left AT&T for Verizon again. Alot of issues. I canceled within 24 hrs of getting my router. Sent it back. I have HULU Live & they don't. Tried billing me for months. Lowered my credit score. I finally won & my credit score is better.

Seek Jake before u get there, he ported my old dino phone off of prepaid to a postpaid very fast and got the job done! He's the man with the keys in that place! Plus he has a nice smile!

The gentleman working when I took my mom to upgrade her phone was very nice and professional. He was able to change her plan and even got her set up for a military discount so she ended up with the latest phone at 10$ extra a month on her bill. He even did her data transfer which the att near my work would refuse to do. So nice job!

Rep tried to sell an already established customer a new I phone which would have been $10 extra per month on already established and in good standing account. Same phone could be purchased online through AT&T for $1.00 a month. Rep tried to sweeten the deal by saying how dangerous it would be to shop at AT&T online due to possible fraud....how do you think people were paying their bill while the store was closed for months due to Covid-19?

This review is for the DirecTV side of AT&t I have to drive an hour one way to pay my bill at the AT&t store because they're automated phone system does not work properly which I have told them for over a year problem and they still haven't fixed it if I could give them zero Stars I would
