Just went in to get my check engine light diagnosed, but was told their “engine light checker” hasn’t worked for several weeks. I asked if they planned to have it up an running anytime soon, and they said no. And then directed me to another AutoZone.

It was 8pm on 4/10/22 and the store closed at 9pm and the person who was in the cashier was very rude at first. I asked them if they had hoses and they said no. Then I went to look for it by myself. and I found it and then i went to pay. I was already paying and I wanted to pay for a chocolate and he threw the money at me and didn't want to charge me for the chocolate having 1 more hour of work the manager needs to find more responsible people.

Had to get new wipers. First he tried to sell me the most expensive ones...hell no wipers are wipers. After we got that straight, he put them on for me and I tipped him 5$. Nice man after that. Lol 😆 🤣

They need more male workers to get more customers in. Other than that good customer service.

Guys working there are genius they’re very quick n so helpful n knows exactly what you need. I was surprised that even during winter times they’re willing to go outside to check exactly what you need in your car. May God Bless them.

I visited the Autozone store #5257 on Martin Luther King Highway, Seat Pleasant, on yesterday and had the most great and helpful experience I've ever had at any Autozone. Assistant manager, David James, proactively asked me if I needed help. I explained my dilemna of needing the correct headlight bulbs after visiting another Autozone that sold me the incorrect one. Mr. James examined the bulbs I had previously purchased and went to my car and got under the hood!!! He explained what I had and also what I needed. He was courteous, helpful, and treated me like I was the only customer in the store. I am now a faithful customer. Thank you, Mr. James.

After a long 2 days of trying to get a alternator tested at different stores in the area I walk into the Mlk store and was given great customer service By Dave he was patient and knowledgeable and made sure I got all the answers I need. This will now be my go to location. Thanks again Dave

First off they got 3 stars due to the young man that was very helpful, on the other hand, the young lady who was supposedly assisting me in the first place was dumb as a rock🙄 She asked me the make of my vehicle atleast 3 times everytime I told her she asked me again. So now im irritated, I say 2009 gmc yukon denali, she says did you say Honda😳 now im in slap mode. I said naw GMC YUKON DENALI! she had already broke the bulb I gave her to match in the system, then she states OMG I didnt mean to do that as she proceeded to tell me they were out of bulbs. Her co worker just shook his head and took over, his customer service skills were excellent, hers wouldve fit right in the movie CLUELESS.
