I was waiting for my nephew to pick me up, because i cant drive in the dark...they called the cops to chase me away...so much for rv parking...this after apending $100 there on gas and food. At least i didnt get a knee on my neck...very inhospitable

There are 2 other sheetz less than 5 minutes away, and I recommend them more. I was blocked in a pump by an old man in a pickup truck for 20 minutes and went inside and brought it to the employees attention because 1- I shouldnt have to back out of a gas pump into traffic? And 2- he was a big man, I was alittle scared, I could have been in danger. A lady came out, who was clearly a manager and was super ignorant towards me like I did something wrong. I expressed I was scared when I brought it up to an employee I wont be returning here.

Waited at counter this morning because I needed snuff only to hear one girl ask the other one to wait on me and she replied she was tired and walked into the back leaving me stand there! Had to use self checkout...you lost sales because of laziness!

Waited AN HOUR for two soft pretzels and half a sub and still did NOT receive the order before asking for a refund. Employees were all rude and argued with me before giving a refund... believe her name was Dawna. Corporate will love hearing about you!

Always have had good service here, good food. Problem is that they aren't enforcing mask wearing, and there's constantly many people who are inconsiderate and don't wear their mask.

My negative experiences have been with all Sheetz Stores in DuBois, PA and Punxsy, PA. The employees either burn, undercook, or miss toppings at a Made To Order location. Don’t bother wasting your time contacting customer service to address the problem. You will get a different person each time and the issue will be “swept under the rug”. This was the fourth and final time it’s happened: (1) sub was burnt to the point of inedible (2) undercooked, doughy, Cinnabon’s where the dough could be moved with your tongue (3) undercooked pretzel [same as Cinnabon issue] and (4) a hotdog that was missing boom boom sauce, which only had three ingredients added to the hotdog. All of the remodeling in the world cannot help the problems at Sheetz and with the rude employees who work at the food pick up window. I will not be ordering food in any Sheetz around DuBois or Punxsy! I’m taking my business and money elsewhere. It’s not worth the wait for wrong food! At least at McDonald’s your wrong order is corrected!

A nice, newly remodeled sheetz. The usual sheetz items at regular prices. A HUGE MTO ( made to order) menu. Touch screen food ordering. Large and well stocked candy/snack inventory. Lots of room to move around but also a fair amount of unused space. Fast, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Easy off and on rt 119 & rt322. Not far from rt 219. Truck parking nearby. RV parking available.
