Stopped in for a brake light bulb last week and was super impressed with the customer care I received. I was in and out with what I needed. The woman who assisted me was friendly and helpful. The gentleman who I believe owns or manages this location was polite and has a great sense of humor. This was my first time stopping by this location. Let your dollar circulate in the community, stop in and shop/support this location!

I purchased a defective part that caused me HELL. The initial part was $400, repair $150. But because the part was defective it ended up causing me $1,706 dealership repair, and over $300 in tows. Folks BE VERY CAREFUL purchasing parts from Auto Zone because no one takes accountability for situations such as mine. I called Auto Zone Customer Service, who referred me to the store to rectify the problem through petty cash options. I went into the store who suggested that i provide receipts, but they had no copier. I went to Staples provided the store with EVERY receipt needed to support my concern and complaint. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Everyday I call I'm always told that there's no store manager at the store. I have left my number over 10xs, NOTHING! Very disappointing, because in the DC Area, Auto Zone is the go to.

Disgusting young ladies that work that with absolutely no customer service training and should not be employed there just nasty and disrespectful after giving me the run around all day about a part 2 of them I’m going to try my hardest to make sure something is done about this due to work being missed due to their lack of wanting to do there job when they have already been paid for the part . Please think about it before you spend your money here they lied twice said they would order the part after it was already supposed to be ordered said it would be there at 2:30 today when we inquired about the part the young lady went into a hissy fit . She should be fired because she was totally in the wrong and she was still treated with respect. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE GO TO SEAT PLEASANT I’d also like the note that the part was supposed to be ready on the 3rd today is the 4th so it’s no excuse. These people do not value their job or their customers and our money or our time !
