I attempted to file my taxes the evening of 2/3 but because my ID was expired, I had to come back. Daphine called me the next morning & let me know she can assist me with getting a new ID so I came back to the office. She attempted to assist me with getting my ID online but due to my suspended license, I didn’t qualify to renew online. I was able to obtain a new ID from the DMV quickly & she completed my taxes for me. I had an issue activating my Deep Blue card & she was very helpful with fixing it. She was very professional, & went above & beyond with assisting me promptly when I had to come back to finish up paperwork. I have been a Liberty customer for many years, & this experience made me want to come back to Liberty next year & Daphine specifically. She was very friendly & personable & gave great customer service while multi tasking answering the phone, speaking to walk in clients, & taking care of me. I will 100% be back next year, thanks Daphine!!

And the debit card I was as given for referring a friend was virtually impossible to activate. Never going back there ever
