Called to buy a differential. They read me the code from the back and I told them the code was for a locking diff. They didn't believe me, said "that's not a locking ratio". I didn't want to argue, said I'd buy it, would call back with a shipping label. I call back the next day and they had more than tripled the price after they "did some research" and figured out it was a locker after all. What a coincidence, that after years of gathering dust, a part is correctly identified the day after a customer points out what it is, and for teaching them BMW diff codes, is thusly rewarded.

The guys are great over there. Just overall nice experience. The guys are very experienced. Definitely a place to go when no one else has your parts. I found myself going there even when others had parts.
