I cannot stress this enough...do NOT purchase appliances for install from Lowe's. The customer service is horrendous and you have no idea when you will actually receive your product. The short version of my 4 month issue...we had a gas range installed but it was never converted to propane (in other words, the installer kept the natural gas line on). This is a big deal because propane was leaking into our house and this could have started a fire. After numerous phone calls and continuous back and forth the issue was FINALLY resolved after 4 months of not having a stove/oven. I requested compensation for my order and was informed they would only provide a refund for the installation. Lowe's should be ashamed considering I had no oven for 4 months and wasted hours and hours of time (essentially working as a Lowe's employee) trying to resolve and issue that they should have rectified immediately. Tell your friends and family - do NOT purchase appliances, or anything else that requires an install, from Lowe's! UPDATE: I called the number provided by Lowe's. I was told someone would call me within 24-48 hours to help resolve. That call back never occurred so I dialed again. This time I was told it was being escalated to the regional manager and would receive a call back in 24-48 hours...again, no call. I called the Easton store directly and told them my concern. This time I was told someone would call me back later in the afternoon - you guessed it...no call back! I thought this may have been a store issue but seems to be organizational.

This Lowes is a real shot in the dark as far as customer service goes. Their inventory is great and they carry a little bit of everything but some days you get great friendly and helpful service, and other days you get atrocious service from very short mannered employees. I've had on more than a few occasions experiences that make me not want to return but I always end up giving them another chance. Also when you call to ask a question and need to speak with someone in that dept you would be better off walking 300 miles to the store and asking in person as you'll get a quicker reply that way

Absolutely worst customer service experience. Ordered a washer and dryer on 8/1 they were supposed to be delivered between 10:30-2:30 on 8/6. I was called at 8am on 8/6 and told the washer was out of the box did I still want it. 2 more were to be delivered to the store 8/7. I declined the out of the box washer and opted to have both delivered 8/9 only to receive and email saying they were going to be delivered 8/10. Called the store and was told they don’t deliver on Tuesdays so could not deliver on 8/9. I then scheduled it to be delivered on 8/13. On 8/12 I was again called and told the only washer was out of the box and 2 more would be delivered to the store 8/13. I was told a manager would call me to discuss further. I called back an hour later i was told the managers were in a meeting but the associate was going to send an urgent email to the manager and have them call me. Multiple phone calls that went unanswered before I reached an associate at 6:15 she said they would have the manager check to see if the washer was there and call me back. At 8:30 after still not hearing from anyone I canceled the washer. Through all of the phone calls I was assured my dryer was there and would be delivered 8/13. Today 8/13 at 9am i received a call that my dryer which was supposed to be delivered between 10:30- 2:30 is not there. Still have never heard from a manager! I have never experienced this level of poor customer service. Order canceled I will be going somewhere else.

Customer service does not answer their phone, and when they do they keep you on hold for 20 minutes without checking back. Trying to get a status of my storm door installation and when calling Millworks nobody answers that phone and it goes over to customer service and we start the process all over again. This has got to be the worst low store in all of Pennsylvania. When purchasing my patio door I went to the Phillipsburg store which is like night and day. Customer service there is excellent and they follow up with the customer.

This was not a good delivery experience at all. First, the item was supposed to be delivered on Friday August 12th. It never showed up with no call or notice to reschedule. I ended up needing to call the following Monday to reschedule. We rescheduled for Friday August 18th, however I was told the delivery manager would call me to reschedule it for sooner. I never received that call. The oven was delivered as scheduled this time, however the cord was the wrong cord. The delivery person said to exchange it then call to reschedule installation and pickup of our old oven which I PAID for. We exchanged the cord. I called to reschedule installation and haul away. I was transferred 4-5 times, hung up on, then promised a call back. Still have not received that call. So I now have a useless oven in my kitchen and an old oven I paid to have taken away.

This review is well deserved. I was here recently looking for a pet for my kitchen sink sprayer. Not only was the young lady that helped me able to find the part but gave me the best method for putting on the new one. Doesn’t seem like much but that day it was everything to me. Keep up the great work Lowe’s staff!!!

Staff is very friendly and eager to help, but the three associates I encountered didn't have a very good knowledge of the store. Once again, extremely friendly and went out of their way to help, but it seems that there just isn't enough training in place. I was looking for an LPG liquid to gas line, and their gas-related items were scattered throughout three different areas of the store, and they didn't have what I needed even though a competitor had it in multiple nearby locations. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again for more common items, but it probably isn't the place to go for specialty items.

Was looking for blackout blinds. Although they didn't carry the size I was looking for I did find the shade. The two ladies in the blond department were very nice and helpful. The miss lady had her shelves stocked and organized. Bathrooms were clean! This Lowes was not cluttered.

I love it here they should allow me to move my shop to the back and have easy access to purchasing there products will save me time and gas money!! But lowes I always have a good experience. Clean, Organized in and out because of it !! Follow my work @ekcraftmasters some photos for reference of what I can do. Message me if interested in anything home improved or customized wood piece. Also make dominoe tables!

The employees at this location were really helpful. Also, if u lost your kids homemade toy, someone put a lost toy on my car, once I was parked in handicapped spot I left it on the pole. It’s in the spots by the Exit door. I know how sad a child gets when they lose a toy (especially homemade toy) hope whoever lost it, comes back to the parking spot next to me 👍🏼
