My local store did not have the tool I needed to rent, so I booked it at this Easton location instead. I live 1 hour away from this store and my reservation for it was at 6pm. I get here and the tool was already picked up under my name at 8AM. The clerk insisted that I had someone else pick it up and although all the credentials of the person who picked it up did not match any of mine, he would persist to request I “call around.” Who am I going to call? I had it booked for 6pm and it was picked up by someone at 8AM. I didn’t even know you could do that. I requested him to return my money and he returned the tool in the system, but didn’t return my funds (could not provide a receipt) and proceeded to tell me I needed to wait a few days. That’s not how this works. After more back and forth, I went to customer service because of course, management was absolutely no help. There was no urgency or concern for this store error, as if I was just a bother to them. The next store that had this tool is another hour away and they close at 8pm, so after 1.5 hours of Home Depot employees sending me back and forth between POS’s and just plainly waiting for resolve, I could not make it in time to the next shop. This Easton location is wasting my time, energy, and money as I had to travel another hour back home last night to drive 2 hrs again this morning to pick up at another location. Poor customer service, inefficient and unprofessional. Please train your employees.

Zombie-like associates that say Hi to their computer screens when you walk up to their register. No signs of human emotion, just robot-like movements, which makes the dreaded “self-checkout” option somewhat appealing.

My order had numerous difficulties, and it was sent to the incorrect state entirely. Customer service representative Sam was really courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, he was out of the office on the day my order was delivered improperly, and when I contacted for assistance, the supervisor Janel was very unhelpful. She had another staffer instruct me to get it myself, online, and then request a refund. I'm grateful to Sam, who apologised and took care of the situation when he returned to work.

They definitely need more help! They had what I wanted but it was too high and I couldn't reach it. No one was anywhere around to help and too many waiting at customer service so I walked out.

Most employees give you attitude when you ask for help. If you actually need something threatened or cut. Be ready to wait 45+ min for a 5 min job.

Well-organized and I was able to find what I needed by the signage and didn't need to consult an associate. It may not be as polished as its blue-er competitor, but they have what you need.

Wonderful experience. The staff were nice. Especially mine. Ask for Scott. My hubby and I went in there to purchase fridge and he helped take our money for it😉🤪And you are not required to wear a mask. But I had mine on. Anyway we are going back.

I have been to several home improvement stores (I like to do craft stuff), and these guys have a very nice, clean, well organized store with staff that seems to care about their customers. They may not always have everything you are looking for, but they have been able to help me find what I need and order what they didn't have in stock, so come here if you want to browse a good store with friendly service.

As far as Home Depot's go, this is a good one. Fairly clean and stocked, staff is always friendly. Right now is the time for DEALS! Especially if you need whole saw bits, dewalt organizer bins, and battery powered string trimmers! Update: There's 1 more Dewalt 60v string trimmer there that has a 9AH battery and charger for only $200! Box shows 9AH in the photo but states 3AH battery included! Go get it!
