Don't ask for milkshakes. And don't expect your order to be correct. Oh and its hit or mass if they are pleasant or rude. Good luck. Update: 8/6/22 I understand staffing shortages but not much has improved since my last review. Took over a half hour to get waited on and another 15 minuton food. Staff were incredibly rude to us. BK is not better.

Very slow service, took 32 minutes to get food. Air conditioner barely working. One girl working there was sarcastic to customers.

My son got a happy meal and this is what he got instead of his four piece nuggets. I went back they said oh sorry that was an employee's meal why was that even near other customers food!!!!

After waiting a couple minutes at the first speaker we watched 2 cars get their order taken at the second speaker before having to say something to remind them we were there. I’ve worked for this company an I know it’s not hard to switch lanes an help a coworker. 🤷🏻♀️

Person waiting on us was very polite; however, he was handling both windows of the drive thru. We only ordered fries and they were barely luke warm. Not his fault, they need more help.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! The one time we decide to have Donald's over a year! My husband decided to grab breakfast this morning when they opened, I wanted 2 sausage and biscuit sandwiches a hash brown and an orange juice! My husband ordered a #5 he paid for the meals and came home to catawissa! Whoever is on screwed up our order terribly!! I ended up getting 2 egg mc griddles NO hasbrown my husband didn't get what he wanted and his hash brown seemed like it was sitting over night, and they literally just opened, cause it was disgusting shriveled and dried up!! They didn't even give a receipt! My husband paid for extra food that we didn't receive!! How can anyone MESS up on an order so bad if I could give no stars I definitely would!! I now understand why this place has a 3.4 Star rating!! It's not rocket science to work in a fast food restaurant!! Get with the program Mc Donald's!!!!

Terrible horrible experience. Will never go back. Ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal 1 burger was rock hard the other had a horrible chemical taste. Called them and was told by the manager to come back and they would replace it. We don't live near there and said we were to far away to turn around. Manager told me next time I'm in the area to stop, haha, thats not happening! Never apologized just hung up on me! Terrible horrible experience. McDonald's has become one of the worst fast food restaurants. Very disappointing, no longer an option for our family! This was the last straw!

Great job to that morning crew on Sunday. 7/26/2020. I'm still shocked we had a order for 16 people. The person taking our order was super polite and patience. And our order was 100% correct.
