This is by far the best post office I’ve been to in my life! Usually you get some impatient unfriendly staff not this time! Me and my husband we’re applying for a passport Tom who I didn’t meet in person scheduled the appointment in a few days like he promised! Diane you have the most patience because I sat in your line for about 7 minutes while you nicely explained to a customer over and over what she could do to have something delivered, she didn’t even care she was holding the line up lol but you kept your cool. Chris thanks for getting us in and out quickly! Also I noticed when the line gets backed up they help each other out! Thanks for the great experience! I’ll forever go out of my way to come to you guys skipping right pass the posts offices that are walking distance to me.

Federal crime to lie about inaccessible driveway or doorway. Was standing outside when USPS supposedly tried to deliver package . They lie about last few stops of Sunday delivery's. This is a federal crime and I am now motivated once again to take this all the way. Last delivery person lost their job over this and so will this person.

I had to get passports for 4 of my children. It was their first time and it was alot of paperwork and details that Gabe helped me out with. He went above and beyond to make our experience a good one! And he was patient with my kids with their photos. Thanks Gabe 😊

Terrible experience with passport application. The guy called to ask us come earlier due to snow. I returned the call around 1pm to confirm that office will still be open when we arrive there. He reassured the office will open until 5pm as usual and last passport service is scheduled at 245pm. We took off work to get passport for a child, so we are determined to be there despite bad weather. We arrived earlier at 2pm -30 min prior to our scheduled appointment. While we got there, we saw a guy came out of the building and took the car right next to our car. We didn’t realized he was the person who should handle our passport application. We went inside the buidling, all places were locked. I tried to call the number again, but only busy signals. Such a lier!!! I completely understand people want to go home earlier because of the snow, but BE HONEST! If you plan to close earlier please let me know! Don’t lie to me, you know we are driving here and you actually saw us parking the car in the parking lot, how come you could just walk away?? Shame on you! They left earlier and probably unplugged the phone so I only got busy signal when I tried to call again. Stay away from this postoffice.

Slow service, poor preparation for people who made appointments, and incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. John specifically has an attitude and has no business being in a customer service environment. I have no intention of coming back to this post office.
