This Big Lots had a large and low-priced selection of clothing, food, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, housewares, home decor, pet supplies, toys, and even some large furniture. This particular store was organized and clean, and many parking spaces were outside the shopping center. I bought hygiene products and food that were priced lowly. The cashier said a friendly hello and goodbye. I am giving a 3-star rating overall because Big Lots does not sell all of the products that I like to buy.

I called to see if they had a mattress in stock to pick up same day, asked is it flippable yes, get to store no display of mattress no employee approached me, my daughter asks the girl she says my shift is over. Another lady helps me and is polite listening I ask is the mattress flippable since im not able to see it prior to purchase. Yes they all are pull around the side door to load....loaded and its not flippable. At any point they could have said im not sure. Just damn... I needed one that day it was already after 7pm. I called to avoid being in that situation.

Used to be happy overall with Big lots however as of recently we are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication that exists within the company. We have called on a regular basis to check for the furniture that we have been looking for since before Christmas. Greensburg location tells us they cannot sell us a floor model piece of furniture however the Bradford location tells us that they can. if you're a big corporation shouldn't the rules be the same no matter where you are?

The people are awesome, the store is super clean and neat. Drove to the Greensburg store to get a bed they showed in stock only to find out they didn't have it, online stick screw up, not the store. Disappointed but wasn't meant to be. I would recommend this store!

I just want to say that I'm highly disappointed in Big lots furniture department they advertise they have someone to deliver and then no one actually really delivers is an outside company that reschedules like three or four times I don't know if it's just this area or the company but it's not a good delivering service Then my boyfriend figures it out and gets it a U-Haul comes in a box and we have to assemble it ourselves you don't really save money you might as well go online and pay a little bit more at Wayfair because they will deliver and set it up for you they charge you $150 extra to deliver

Overall great experience. My only complaint is about empty shelves and no restocking or new items in place of those sold out. I also want to say thank you to Big Lots for being one of the few stores that offered a discount with name badge to those Frontline workers. Too bad today was the last day to receive the discount, especially since pandemic isn't over, but I'm still thankful they did something. Especially since I would have made more on unemployment with the extra $600 weekly during this and been safer staying at home with more money coming in then i actually did working this entire time, being essential.

Our next question was about just mattress and we had this real nice lady which I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she helped us alot. She gave us price quotes on king and queen size and that's with extra cushion to. So that's why I give it 5 stars. Hope this helps some people.

Our next question was about just mattress and we had this real nice lady which I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she helped us alot. She gave us price quotes on king and queen size and that's with extra cushion to. So that's why I give it 5 stars. Hope this helps some people.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. I purchased a sectional couch on Friday, went to the store WITH MY RECEIPT and confirmation email on Saturday morning. Kelley , the assistant team leader told me I needed the card I paid with to complete the transaction (that I already paid for). I didn’t have the card because it’s not one I use so I leave it at home. She told me the only way I could leave with my item was to present the card to her. I had to drive 45 minutes back home , then 45 minutes back to the store all for them to tell me , I didn’t actually need the card because they could process it without it. So now I’ve carted my 2 toddlers back and forth all morning, had people I was paying to deliver my couch wait an extra hour and a half all because Kelley is incompetent. She clearly does not have the knowledge or skill set to carry out a simple task or Know how to deal with customers as she told me it was my banks fault and in a sarcastic tone told me to have a great day as I was walking away. Did I mention they never asked me for any ID to make sure I was the person that actually ordered and paid for the couch ? Greensburg big lots , you have a lot of work to do in your management department, especially with Kelley.

When I asked for a manager he went over and talked to one and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Yep.. my whole family is boycotting big lots now. Especially this one!
