He checked in with us to make sure we didn't have any questions, but not in the overbearing way that seems to be the norm at most furniture places. He also pointed out some details that we hadn't noticed about the product we were looking at, which was vey useful to know. In addition to all of that, he was very kind and personable, which made the experience even more enjoyable! Overall, our visit to Macy's furniture department was a very pleasant one and we walked away happy with our purchase!

Too expensive. It's bad enough the smaller companies are raising their prices than to have a bigger companies that were already overcharging to raise them it's just ridiculous

I was walking by the perfume station and carol yells out and says “hey don’t you need a Father’s Day gift?” I said yes I do, thank you, and here comes Bonnie also energetic and eager to help me! I think it would be wise of Macys to provide shopping carts for people who have trouble with walking. Not only for them, but for anyone who are shopping different departments. I find it very customer unfriendly. I would spend more time and money if I had a shopping cart. Why is this a problem?

I got such good deals on my most recent trip to Macy's, I am THRILLED. Purses (all 3) were $146 and change and all 4 pair of shoes were $93 and change!! Now we do have a Macy's charge so we get special credits, but even without the credits, those Michael Kors black flats would have only been $55. You can't beat that with a stick! The stores are always stocked well & associates are more than helpful. On the same day we got my husband Hanes underwear for $34. Without the store sale & our cardholder discounts those underwear would have been $76. People tend to think of Macy's as "too expensive" but if you look around & watch for sales you'd be surprised at what you can get for great prices!
