Joe P. was one of the best salespeople we have ever dealt with. He checked in with us to make sure we didn't have any questions, but not in the overbearing way that seems to be the norm at most furniture places. He also pointed out some details that we hadn't noticed about the product we were looking at, which was vey useful to know. In addition to all of that, he was very kind and personable, which made the experience even more enjoyable! Overall, our visit to Macy's furniture department was a very pleasant one and we walked away happy with our purchase! ~Megan

Had a great experience, the employees went above and beyond not only helping me get the items I was looking for, but they were a staple in helping me find my misplaced phone. They treated it as if they lost their phone and ended up finding it for me in the end by calling and calling until I heard it....... Under the passenger seat of my damn car!! I felt so embarrassed but we all laughed it off. So A DEFINITE A+++ on the customer service! Oh and mom loved the black leather Marc Jacobs bag! Thank you all again, kindly! ~Willow
