Lambs Gap has been our veterinary pet care for several decades, through 5 dogs and a cat. The doctors are superb and the office staff are courteous, polite and efficient . . . until today. The front desk scheduler was extremely rude to my husband on the phone and to me when I arrived with our cat. I was 12 minutes late, due to confusing my mother's dr appt and this one so my husband called while I was en route. Upon arrival the dr could not take us and we rescheduled, totally my fault and understandable. However, the manner with which we were treated I've never experienced there and I am hoping the senior staff corrects her behavior before long time patients go elsewhere. I've not dealt with this silver haired person before and hope to never have to do so again. It is extremely disturbing to me that not only are the times you state inaccurate but most disturbing that your facts are also. My husband was responding to HER curtness in kind. I am most distressed that a practice that we've used for decades and referred so many others to over decades disregards and disrespects long time customers in this manner. She was in no way polite on the phone to my husband nor to me upon arrival. In 2 decades we've never been late and I took ownership for that, even though we have waited 30 plus minutes in past. Rescheduling was/is not the issue. The delivery was. Our definitions of "rude" are obviously quite different, Melissa. I have never, ever been more disappointed in staff I've always held in such high regard. I'm sorry I wrote this review as your response left me even more disappointed and disturbed than I was after speaking with you via phone afterwards. I'm so saddened. Sending my very best thoughts to the other exemplary staff.

The front desk staff are friendly, compassionate and professional. The medical staff are skilled and compassionate. This has been my vet since 1998. They have cared for my cats, dogs, rats and Guinea pigs. They were able to work with me when finances were tight. I have used all of the doctors and find them all wonderful.

I wish I could give these doctors 1000 stars. I've used them for years- but we experienced the sudden loss of my elderly dog Tasha the other day and the staff...the word "compassion" doesn't even begin to describe everything. They really helped me process everything in such a hard time, made and effort to make sure that there was no pressure for the next steps, and even advised me to bring my younger pup in to see my girl one last time and I really do believe it helped. Thank you, Lambs Gap. You made it possible for us to have a few more really really healthy years with Tasha, and have touched me in ways I cannot explain.

I've never been there before but they were able to fit us in for a pregnancy check. They wanted me to be part of it as long as I followed their mask rule. I didn't think I would be invited in, and it was a great experience seeing the little puppy fetuses. They shared my excitement as well.

We've been taking our pups here since we moved here over 2 years ago! Everyone is sooooo nice and professional and always feel like my babies get the BEST care! They've even called after one of our pups was seen for being sick just to check on him! We love everyone at Lambs Gap

Service is good for sure but it’s pretty expensive just for one of my pup yearly shot. I spent just a little over 300 and I have three. For this reason I probably won’t come back. Couple places I went to in the past charge me the 250 to 300 for two pup not to mentioned they charge you to check their stools. Yikes. I just only try this place because it around the corner from my neighborhood.

Dr. Cynthia Kinney was the best vet that we have ever been to. She was so caring in treating our Sandra and she really took the time to listen to the symptoms she was having and offer suggestions. We will NEVER go to another vet again - thank you so much Dr. Kinney!!! The entire practice is wonderful and clean and the staff is amazing!

They switched my veterinarian without consulting me prior to my visit. During our appointment my dog was shaking while the new veterinarian tried to pin her down to force shots in her. When I asked her to recomend some new dog food she said purina dog food was the best...I'll end my review with that.
