My husband and I are done stopping at this gas station. First, this gas station always has the most expensive gas but we would still stop because of convenience. Second, this gas station always says "see clerk for receipt" at the pump. Why have gas pumps that you can pay for your gas with a debit card if I have to go inside to get my receipt? And everytime we say something to the clerk they say it is a management issue. Well.. management, you need to fix this issue. For the extra amount you charge for your gas you can afford printer paper. Some people need to just get their gas and receipt and go. Not have to waste time walking in to get a receipt and have to wait in line for the people ahead of me to buy their stuff. If I run out of gas at your store I will just walk to another gas station where its cheaper and I'll get my receipt.

Let me state that I regularly stop at this gas station. As it is right down the road from my place of employment. This is one of the busiest gas stations in the area so i don't see what logical excuse you can have for refusing to take my cash. This gas station is also always understaffed. stood in line for at least 10 minutes. prepared to spend at least 50 dollars for gas, cigarettes.....The RUDE manager did not let me finish my statement before yelling at me that she will not take my $100 bill. Its 4pm on a Monday. Now I am sitting here in the parking lot waiting on my wife to bring her Debit card because I'm literally out of gas. I will be following up with this complaint repeatedly.

Every time i stop at this location its filthy. The carpet and windows are terrible. Their biggest issue is theres always something not working. Its either the lottery machine, the debit card reader or the atm. Also they are always low on lottery tickets. Staff rarely check my id for alcohol. Most of the staff are friendly. Im tired of hoping they will get it right, ill shop somewhere else.

Visited after a long trip and was topping off my gas and getting snacks. The cashier, Peyton, completely ignored the person with me who was attempting to exchange niceties. When it came to be my turn i also tried to exchange niceties and was ignored. I asked twice for a recommendation for breakfast in the area. The first time I was ignored so I asked again. The guy asked me where I was from, I told him, and he gave me a very smart aleck answer. In short, he was rude, and I'm guessing because I was from out of town. Definitely will not go back.

I like all the shells in grey they all have very polite cashier's and managers and they have a hard job dealing with the public so Ii am sure they have a tough time out of customers being rude and unkind so you know they get frustrated with their job at times, but I haven't seen any of the employees in this area be rude or unfriendly with anyone and they have always been very nice to me.

Great location, and lots of gas pumps. Good selection inside, and they also stay open 24hrs. The only problem I e had is on e lady who works late nights is completely unhelpful. I tried using my FasREWARDS card and it wouldn’t work the first couple times. Instead of her trying to fix my problem and give me my points she just said , I’m sorry it’s FasREWARDS not my fault. I didn’t receive my points and I shop here almost daily. I just felt like she didn’t try and fix my problem with card or offer another option. She was more worried about eating! This isn’t my first encounter with this lady, she’s rude and definitely not good with customer service!

I stop there after 11:00 pm occasionally. There is a man in a red dodge truck sitting there every time I stop. Not sure why he is there but It gives me the creeps

Your standard gas station and convenience store. Just as good as any other. Nothing special, but nothing horrible.. Just functional, as a good gas station should be.

Just stopped for gas...but their pumps accepted cards (seems like closer to the airport they don't have this convenience) AND the pump actually printed my receipt instead of telling me to 'see cashier" That's a win for me!
