If you are looking for great customer service, great prices, a positive experience, and doing business with a family owned & ran outfit you need to go here. I recently purchased my grandson his bed set, my son his two recliners, and my dining table and my living room set here. Every single time it has been an A+++ experience for me and my family. Excellent experience here during the sales process. The selection is pretty impressive and the staff are quite knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They are patient and as far from "pushy" as you will ever deal with in a retail setting. Highly recommended! *As for the product.... The only issue we have is that the couch itself is not aging well at all. We have had it less than a month. As of this update, it is April 30th. We picked it up after Easter and it already shows signs of wear. Some cushions look stretched and crushed and has noisy springs since the first week. Not too impressed with this particular brand. Maybe it was built on a Monday?? *Another update 10/7/21: The couch needed attention and was looked at to see if the problems could be fixed. It turns out we are supposed to get replacement pieces for it. It has been at least a couple of months and we are unfortunately still waiting for resolution. We haven't received a call back for delivery of any new pieces (one was supposed to be there) as we were told we would. It hasn't been a good year-long experience at all. Was a 5 star experience, but not so much at this point. *Update 3/1/22: Got a call not long after the last review update. The pieces were coming in slowly, but eventually arrived. Then they scheduled delivery. Unfortunately one of the replacement pieces is making MORE noise than the last one and is getting worse over time! Less that one year of ownership and had issues twice already. VERY UNSATISFIED with this product. Definitely would not purchase again.

The sales rep was very informative of all the brands and availability of what was presented in their showroom. With five animals in our home they were able to explain the different types of fabrics that would have good durability and we’re able to show us a wide range of different size sectional couches that would accommodate our size restrictions. Pricing was lower than other places we have looked at for similar style couches. I would highly recommend this store and will return for any further furniture purchases.

Had the best experience possible! Mark the owner was amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me eight sofas within my budget all varying sizes and colors. Kevin was so helpful with my purchase addressing any questions I had and showed us multiple accessory options to go with our couch. Justin was so helpful loading all the pieces to our couch into the truck and also extremely careful. Highly recommend and will certainly be back!

After waiting 7 months for furniture from a big box retailer, we canceled our order and went to Speedy on March 2nd. Kevin was an excellent person to deal with. He showed us exactly what was available and was very easy to discuss our furniture needs with. He was able to get us a 3 piece set (sofa $ 2 recliners) in under a week. We had our entire set in 7 days. No pressure purchasing and good customer service.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. We had a fantastic experience here. The customer service was above and beyond, helping us find exactly what we were looking for. There's the floor furniture and the virtual showroom, and combined we found everything on our wish list. The prices are very reasonable while still having high quality pieces. I will definitely going back there for all our furniture needs.

Great customer service and fair price! Tiffany, the owner, was so nice and helpful. We told her what we were looking for and she found us exactly what we wanted at a good price. She was also super kind as I am a nursing mom and needed to nurse my 7 month old and she let me use her office. Highly recommend them for their customer service and their products/selection!

The staff at Speedy are very friendly and helpful and the sectional that we purchased is fantastic. The staff worked quickly to set up a shipping date through their subcontractor. On the day of the shipment, we received a call that the truck had broken down and that we would receive the shipment that evening, however, after the store had closed for the evening the shipping company realized they would not be able to make it and did not call (not the fault of Speedy at all!). The next day, the owner worked with me to determine a time that he could bring the sectional in his own vehicle. After we had realized that the timing would not have worked, my fiancé and I decided to rent a Uhaul and pick up the sectional ourselves. When I called to tell the owner, he immediately refunded our shipping cost AND paid for the Uhaul. Although there was a hiccup, we definitely plan to shop here in the future for any of our furniture needs. And oh ya, we love the sectional!
