I usually put shopping for a mattress in the same league as buying a car or a new cell phone. But, this experience was actually very pleasant and easy. We knew what we wanted and what we were willing to pay and we got it done. The sales staff was very helpful and not pushy at all.

I have bought other furniture pieces from Levin, but this is my first time buying a mattress from them. I will definitely be a repeat customer! It was a super easy and non-pressured buying experience! I was greeted and helped right away by Tom at the Cranberry location. He was very knowledgeable about each mattress style and offered me great options based off of what I was looking for. He didn’t try to simply upsell me, but rather helped me compare styles based off of what I wanted and would be happy with. He took the time to answer any questions I had and even gave his insight on some things I had not thought of to ask, which I appreciated. Levin also threw in some great “extras” on top of the awesome Labor Day Deals! I’m looking forward to a great new mattress and some quality sleep!

Great experience! Went in never expecting to make a purchase but the 2 sale people (Mary Baumbach and Ken, who unknowingly to me turned out to be the general manger of multiple stores)were so knowledgeable about the purple bed products and framing systems. They spent a lot of time explaining everything and in the end I finally purchased my 1st bed. Looking forward to getting a good sleep and even better health!😴

. Our sales person was Mary B in the Cranberry store. A very nice experience we were able to take our time, and make a informed decision based on her professional advice, and attention to details. Other mattress stores the sales people seem like used car salesman. But Mary was attentive but not pushy. Made it easy to make a good decision. We appreciate her professionalism and knowledge of her product

Mary is your mattress guru! Go in and try the mattresses before you order online. Their prices are as good or better! I saved money here. Mary was so knowledgeable, conscious of my budget, and provided great service. I stayed for hours and she was there with a water and a smile. I admit I was only looking but ended up buying because of her. No hard sell. Don’t cheat yourself out of trying before you buy. Go see Mary B!!

I would like to thank Mary at Levin Mattress in Cranberry. We were moving into town and needed a mattress quickly. We had a bad experience with our local Mattress Firm in Washington and ended up canceling our order just before we moved due to their failure to schedule our delivery as promised. When we called Levin Mattress from Washington state, Mary took such good care of us, helping us get a mattress right away and making sure we found the mattress that was right for us. Our mattress was delivered yesterday and my husband had his best night’s sleep in years with no back pain. Our TempurPedic Pro Breeze medium firm mattress is so comfortable and we are grateful to Mary for asking the right questions and helping us make the right choice. We highly recommend Levin Mattress.

Mary was very knowledgable, highly customer-focused, and was intent on listening to us per our needs for a new bed.
