Entering the Cranberry store and she I saw the price of the mattress at the door my first thought was to turn around and leave. I walked in further and Eric walked over and asked me what mattress brand I was interested in and I said I really didn’t know. I have been interested in the purple mattresses since they came out and told Eric of my interest. We walked over and Eric told me about purple mattresses that were on display and when he mentioned the price of the of the purple 4 I knew I couldn’t afford that one. We walked over to the purple 1 and while Eric was explaining it to me I was testing it out. It felt okay but I kept looking at the other purple mattresses. When I tried the purple 2 I knew it was the one. Eric showed me the adjustable base and everything about the bed and when he mentioned the price once again I still would not be able to afford it. Needless to say, Eric was able to get me an adjustable purple 2 bed that fit my budget. My purple 2 bed with adjustable base will be delivered on Wednesday! Woohoo, I got the bed I wanted, a Purple bed!! Thank you, Eric. It was a pleasure working with you!

My husband and I recently visited Mattress Firm this past weekend in Cranberry Township, PA. We had shopped all day at multiple mattress and furniture stores. We needed two quality twin beds for the kids, at an affordable price. By the time we got to mattress firm, we were tired, hadn’t found anything that would be work for us and and not very hopeful. Until Eric. Eric was fabulous! He genuinely listened. Answered every question and worked with us on a price point that would work for us. We left satisfied customers with exactly what we had searched for all day. We will be sure to go back to Eric in the future when it’s time for my husband and I to upgrade our king bed. 10 out of 10, Eric! Thank you!

We bought this bed for my son who has back problems. He loves it. Too soon to know if it will work, but I expect it will. The service in the store was excellent, Ron got me the items I needed at a great price and it was delivered a week later! The delivery window was 11:30-1. They were there promptly at 11:30! The delivery men were polite, set everything up to he way we wanted and took the old mattress away. I would certainly recommend Mattress Firm in Cranberry to everyone!!!
