Excellent staff Molly and the rest of the staff were very helpful and attentive I had an issue with my battery warranty that expired a week before because I was waiting on another location to get my battery but they didn’t get it and I was out of my warranty but Molly did everything to make it right and I walked out of her store with a brand new replacement Thank you Molly thank you auto zone

The two ladies working there had no idea what they were doing and told me my battery was bad when it was perfectly fine. Would never return here. Almost cost me 200$ for nothing

I had good experiences with this shop, but not this time. The lady was not helpful and despite the fact that the part appears available on the website, I had a ‘we don’t have it’ without further research, like in another shop.

If you really want to experience the worst customer service at an Auto Zone, this is your store. This tall gentleman was not really interested in helping me get a battery out of my suv. I thought my mechanic wanted me to test the battery before doing anything. The employee goes to my suv and states due to COVID, he can’t go into the back lift gate area to get the battery. I told him I was not able to pick up the battery and he had the audacity to ask if that was a woman driving the suv. I told him no, that was my husband and he was handicapped. I asked the employee if he could get a cart to bring the battery in. Just then, my mechanic appeared and carried the battery in for me. The manager was very nice but she has no idea how incredibly inept this employee is. I ended up buying another battery with the help of my mechanic and this guy could not carry it out for me. He had my mechanic do it. LAZY! LAZY! LAZY! It’s very sad the minimum wage went up and professionalism, customer service and capability to problem solve went right out the door. I am way over on using the Couf as an excuse not to do your job. It’s funny how you can practically stand on the other person’s feet but cannot reach two inches into a vehicle to retrieve a battery.

I called ahead to ask if they would be able to change the battery in my vehicle after having to get my car jumped. I was ensured they would be able to take care of it for me; however, when I arrived I was told they would be unable to assist due to a plastic covering that is in every vehicle of my make and model. Now my car is dead in their parking lot and they are not only unwilling to assist me in any form (as free battery charging is mentioned on their website, among other options available in this situation), but they have also been rude and extremely unprofessional.

It was 30 mins to closing and I needed to jury rig a coolant leak until getting home and getting the dealer only plastic piece that was broken. The car would run about a mile before getting HOT! I had no tools and little time! The guys working let me try 4 different things, let me borrow tools, and waited a few minutes after closing for me to finish as their tools were all I had to use. They made a very bad experience, the coolant leak, much much better than it would have been. This definitely a ☆☆☆☆, 5 star, visit to my AutoZone store.
