There was a promotion for the tires online, so we made an appointment to get our tires changed. Then they told us that the tires were not in stock, and would call us to have us back for the ordered tires. They called saying that the tires were in stock, so we made another appointment. When we went, we were waiting for almost 3 hours!! I'm not sure what the purpose of the appointment system is if you are having to wait for 3 hours. When we complained about the wait time, they told us that there were people in line before us so we can wait or leave. We waited but were furious. When it was our turn, they told us the promotional tires were not available, although we had waited a week for them to be ordered, and they were the ones who called us saying that the tires were ready. They offered a more expensive set of tires, and the girl at the register told us she would give us the price match to the promotional price. By the time the tires were installed, the girl had left her shift, and they said that they were not honoring this discount. So we ended up waiting for 3 hours despite making the appointment, then being told our ordered tires were not available, and then told that we were paying for more expensive tires. Had I known all this, I would have just gone to Costco a week ago and saved my time, energy and irritation. When we were leaving, we checked the tire pressures, and I cannot understand how a tire place didn't even check the tire pressures!! The numbers were all over the place: 32, 35, 31, 45!!!! We ended up going to the gas station to calibrate and resetting the pressures ourselves. We were so upset that we complained to the headquarters, and only then the manager called the next day saying that they would give us the refund for the promotional tire price matching. They made a big deal saying that we were getting the more expensive tires at this price, which honestly would not have happened if they were doing their jobs right in the first place. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

From 2015, I regularly go to tire kingdom for oil change. There tire kingdom people recommend to change brake pads, rotors, break fluid etc and given estimate of $1218. I thought this is too much price and went to Nissan service center.They did free break checkup and recommend only break change and rotor change is not required and resurfacing will be enough. Break fluid is also not required to change. They charged me only $526. With Nissan service I saved lot of money.Now, I understood that they will try to get people for oil change for less price(by giving promotions? And then they will recommend lot to change and get big amount..

Over 1.5 houra for a scheduled oil change only. Expressed my discomfort about the length of time because i am now late to 2 appointments and will be late to work. Not cool guys.

ALWAYS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's the simple base of good people, you feel the genuine difference. My last service they assisted me with my 30,000 mile service, completed only what was needed and inspected everything else. Though I LOVE my Westly Chapel Lexus dealership, I also love the same communication with patient detail explanation and true care to assist as I receive here. For those of us who need this, it's priceless. Today I spoke with Drew, we scheduled an oil change for tomorrow. Super nice and when i called back he remember me. I needed to add a brake check and though he stated it's routine, he added a note to my file bc I was concerned with forgetting. It's the little things like this that makes a difference.

Went in to get my bearings replaced on both front tires and the whole experience was overall great! Chad was extremely communicative and helped me out a lot. He negotiated prices for me and gave me constant updates while my truck was being worked on. The rest of the team there is also extremely professional, they all seem to have plenty of experience. Very friendly, and professional. I have only spent a hour a ten minutes here, got two new tires and an alignment done. Pricing is pretty good too, I would recommend this to anyone who has a whole day ahead of them. They’re great about appointments as well so if you need your car prior to work or your day off. Just book an appointment and you’ll be on your way to enjoy the rest of your day.

I was needing tires for my car and with Black Friday I saved a bunch of money and I’m still saving money now and will be for 5 years! How is this? I got a BOGOx2 deal on the tires and bought a protection plan which includes alignments for 5 years. They got me in and out in a hurry as it takes time to do tires and do them right! So go in and tell them I sent you for some new tires today!
