Antonio and Ellie were knowledgeable and helpful employees. Ellie educated me that my turbo engine was better to use synthetic oil because it's newer and better for the engine. My dealership even miss this more only putting in conventional. Antonio save me some money by discounting a service when I bought some necessary items and I was very appreciative of that. These two are great, didn't feel pushy, and I trusted your suggestions. A lot of places you feel like they're telling you stuff you need to do that you actually don't. When I arrived, there were no other customers present. In fact, there were not any workers present. After waiting for a couple minutes, a worker walked over from the business next door. I asked for a stay-in-vehicle service, as I had children with me. I was told that would be fine and I figured it would be a quick service, so my kids and I wouldn’t get too hot in the vehicle. The worker did put an air conditioner tube into the vehicle, but it no longer mattered the longer we stayed there. My simple oil change service took an hour to complete! Absolutely ridiculous! My vehicle was in bay 1. Probably about 5 minutes later, a vehicle arrived in bay 2. That customer went to wait inside. Within 10 minutes, 2 more vehicles arrived and were waiting behind bays 1 & 2. So, now I’m 15 minutes into the oil change and not much has been done to my vehicle. I’m expecting to be done soon, but don’t have high hopes. After waiting some more, another person arrives and asks for maintenance records on her vehicle. The service worker went to go help her for a good 10-15 minutes! By now, one of the customers that would be paying for a service left because they had waited 30+ minutes and had gotten nowhere. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. And I will highly recommend that people not visit this location. An hour for a quick service oil change, when I was the first vehicle there, is way too long. An hour with little air conditioning with my children in the vehicle is way too long. The service worker should have also told the lady that needed records on her vehicle to wait for a bit, at least until the 2 vehicles in the bays were complete with their services. Time management is key in a place like this. ~Tracy

This was my first time here. Awesome customer service experience 👍 came in with out a appointment . Needed a simple oil change and a.c. / heat check. I was in and out in about 30 mins. Very friendly I have a newborn baby and was very nervous going in with her but she did great and the employees made me feel welcome with her 😊 great experience definitely recommending to friends. Didn't get any photos to share but overall the lobby was clean. While waiting they have free wifi and complimentary cold waters "If I'm not mistaken" ~Mariah

I've worked for Bay Breeze Car Wash and Lube for a few years. It's been a long time since I've been with the company. Decided to bring my vehicle in for service. I was always treated with respect and they always did a good job servicing my vehicle. When did this place get bought out? This Clean Machine company is strait trash. I guess they dumped all their money into the car wash. The service I get from the oil changing side it horrible. The lead member has no clue what he's talking about. The other staff just walk around playing on their phones. I don't feel comfortable bringing my vehicles in here anymore. This will be my last time. Back to Jiffy Lube I go.
