Avoid! Just moved to the area and have always used Valvoline, unfortunately Jiffy Lube is right around the corner from my house. Very slow, over 45 minutes. Weird comments, "your car sounds weird and bad", but no insight or help. The female didn't do anything except stand on her phone and make faces. No communication on what they were doing, no-one showed me the dip stick or guided me out. The payment took 10 minutes, I was actually scared she was making a copy of my card. I guess I will be trying Take 5 in the future. Service: Oil change

First and last time getting my oil change at Jiffy Lube. After an oil change and adamant recommendation that I get my brakes replaced, I went to a reliable hometown mechanic for his opinion. Found out my oil pan was stripped and nearly empty and my brakes were fine. I suspect the technicians get a commission for promoting certain repairs and no commission for others. Service: Oil change

When I arrived, there were no other customers present. In fact, there were not any workers present. After waiting for a couple minutes, a worker walked over from the business next door. I asked for a stay-in-vehicle service, as I had children with me. I was told that would be fine and I figured it would be a quick service, so my kids and I wouldn’t get too hot in the vehicle. The worker did put an air conditioner tube into the vehicle, but it no longer mattered the longer we stayed there. My simple oil change service took an hour to complete! Absolutely ridiculous! My vehicle was in bay 1. Probably about 5 minutes later, a vehicle arrived in bay 2. That customer went to wait inside. Within 10 minutes, 2 more vehicles arrived and were waiting behind bays 1 & 2. So, now I’m 15 minutes into the oil change and not much has been done to my vehicle. I’m expecting to be done soon, but don’t have high hopes. After waiting some more, another person arrives and asks for maintenance records on her vehicle. The service worker went to go help her for a good 10-15 minutes! By now, one of the customers that would be paying for a service left because they had waited 30+ minutes and had gotten nowhere. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. And I will highly recommend that people not visit this location. An hour for a quick service oil change, when I was the first vehicle there, is way too long. An hour with little air conditioning with my children in the vehicle is way too long. The service worker should have also told the lady that needed records on her vehicle to wait for a bit, at least until the 2 vehicles in the bays were complete with their services. Time management is key in a place like this.

Did my breaks and oil change at this place today. It's my fourth time here. Always happy with their service . They did a great job and answered all my questions. Thank you guys for working hard in such a hot weather. Definitely recommend and I will be back for my next service.

Jiffy lube prides itself in being able to get people in and out within 10-20 min. 45 minutes later I was still waiting on a basic oil change. The wait in front of me before I went in was another 30 minutes. Sort of crazy. Will not be going back to this location

This business has become a scam to take your money. This place caused damage to my vehicle. I had to take my car at my expense to the dealership, where they confirmed that this Jiffy Lube overfilled the oil, and left the oil filter loose, thus leaking oil. This causes catastrophic damage to the engine. The phone numbers provided by the owner are purposely bogus. I tried 3 different numbers and they were all to a telemarketer that has nothing to do with cars or Jiffy Lube. After extensive research I found a phone number for corporate but with repeated tries I got no response. All the owner's responses to customer concerns are fake. They are all worded exactly alike and never read by the owner. I have been a customer here for many years and noticed the service getting worse, until this fiasco. I visited this Jiffy Lube today and had an awesome experience. Lyn, Gavin, and Braeton took great care of my car and got me in and out of there pretty quickly. The group was helpful when I asked questions, made sure I had A/C while my car was off, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I rate them a 10/10! Service: Oil change

First, it took over an hour to get into a bay! That was with me being the next car to go in too! Then once they popped the hood, it was another hour just to change the oil. Never in my life have I spent 2 hours to have an oil change! The staff, although friendly, seemed more interested in chatting with customers than doing the oil change. 28 years and I’ve never had an oil change take over an hour until today. 70 minutes - To clarify this was not how long I waited in line this is how long the service itself took after popping the hood in the garage. They seemed well staffed but everyone kinda wandered around with little to no communication with us (customers). I’m new to the area and do not recommend this location. They also did not show me my dipstick at the end at all which was odd. Collected my credit card for payment with presenting a receipt first
