Antonio and Ellie were knowledgeable and helpful employees. Ellie educated me that my turbo engine was better to use synthetic oil because it's newer and better for the engine. My dealership even miss this more only putting in conventional. Antonio save me some money by discounting a service when I bought some necessary items and I was very appreciative of that. These two are great, didn't feel pushy, and I trusted your suggestions. A lot of places you feel like they're telling you stuff you need to do that you actually don't. Customer service was awesome, Javier explained everything my car needed with great detail. As a woman I always get nervous about getting maintenance on my car but I didn’t feel like that at all. He was very sweet and professional!

This is the absolute worst service center I have ever encountered. My daughter took her car to this “service center” for a power steering issue. They told her it would take 1 1/2 hours to replace the part, after three days my daughter called me to inform me of the fact she doesn’t have her car. The first time I called the service center and spoke to the service center manager (Andres). He told me his lead tech couldn’t figure out how to fix it and he couldn’t figure it out either. Andres then proceeded to tell me he will order a kit that could help them fix the issue. I asked him to communicate with us once he got the part and that I needed this resolved by the next day because four days is excessive and unacceptable. He agreed and said he would call as soon as the part came in, he called once to say it wasn’t fixed but by the next day it would be ready. That was the last call we received and now they will not answer my calls, I would assume they see my number on caller id and don’t want to talk to me about their incompetence. Now today marks the ninth day they have had my daughters car, I called the corporate office again and was told they have escalated this to a priority and that they will send it to the franchise owner and that I should expect a call within 24 hours. This is completely unacceptable with zero communication from the service center letting us know what’s going on with the repair of my daughters car not taking calls to avoid explaining why an hour and a half job has turned into nine days and counting. Today I am filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau as I have read through some other reviews with the exact same outcome. My personal opinion is this particular franchise location took advantage of a young girl bringing your car in and is by far the worst and most incompetent location I have ever dealt with and should answer to the Better Business Bureau. Stayed past closing time without any problem or hesitation providing great overall service, not to mention gave me a great discount. Keep up the great work both management and employees! Great staff. Nice location. A bit slow. Took over an hour for an oil change, filter, tire rotation, and brake flush. A little disappointing it took so long but otherwise great experience.

I've been a loyal customer to jiffy lube for 5 years since 2014! On Jan. 22,2019. I needed an oil change ,I usually visit the location on Fowler ave.. but I was in the area of the location at 7202 west Hillsborough ave. So I decide to stop there to get my service done.. the employee there named "DAVID" walked me inside the waiting area to wait while my car was getting serviced.. I had it done and was out the door pretty quickly. I left and stopped by a local gas station and went I got out my car I noticed my floor mat was different! They took my floor mat on my driver side and put which I believe another customer's floor mat in my car or either from out of their cars... I have floor mats in my car that has the "Corrolla logo" on them for the drivers side and passenger side. I then called the location and let them know that they had switched my driver side floor mat of course the gentleman David that answered the phone seemed clueless that my driver side floor mat was gone, so he then asked me to come to the location.. I did so..when I got there everybody who was on staff there seem like they were so confused like they don't know where it was. I know what I had in my car when I arrived.. even the guy who vaccumed my car acted like he had no clue of where my floor mat was.. They initially gave me the "Zone managers number his name is Tyler" he gave me a call back the next day saying he reviewed the video tape and nobody took my floor mat..I asked him what are they going to do about my floor mat missing he then told me he can't do anything about it..I see that they are very Inconsiderate to the customers concerns.I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube ever again because that just shows me that they allow their employees to steal from customers.. I believe they swapped my floor mats.. Pictures the one on the left is the one they put in my car. The one on the RIGHT is my original passenger side floor mat.. they DON'T even match do they?
