I’ve been going here the past year and they’ve always been super helpful and courteous. Best part is I never need an appointment and it has never taken more than 15 minutes, and I don’t even have to get out of the car!! Will definitely keep coming here!

My son got his oil changed at a different Express Oil location and it was leaking. I called the Dale Mabry location as it was closest to my son's apartment and Brady said bring it by. Juan and Ricky evaluated the problem and found that the plug was not put on correctly so they fixed a problem that they did not create! What SERVICE! Their only concern was getting the problem solved and me and my son back on the road safely. They could have sent me back tot he original store which is about 30 min away. They were extremely knowledgeable, caring, professional and trustworthy. They told me if there were any other issues to come on back. I am so thankful to Brady, Juan and Ricky..they have earned our business!! Service: Oil change

This was my first time here. Awesome customer service experience 👍 came in with out a appointment . Needed a simple oil change and a.c. / heat check. I was in and out in about 30 mins. Very friendly I have a newborn baby and was very nervous going in with her but she did great and the employees made me feel welcome with her 😊 great experience definitely recommending to friends. Didn't get any photos to share but overall the lobby was clean. While waiting they have free wifi and complimentary cold waters "If I'm not mistaken"

This was my first experience at Express Oil Change today. I came here directly from work and was able to get an oil change, tires rotated and new wiper blades installed. Joseph was very helpful and asked questions relevant to my driving routines while answering my questions. I feel like this was a good choice for an oil change when I felt pressed for time.
