I made a deposit of a certified bank check of $199,990 from my other account at another local bank yesterday, the store manager at TD that processed the deposit, overlooked a zero, and put in the system as a deposit of $19,999. I discovered the error this morning online, the customer service said it will take 3 days to fix and have the full amount credited back. Also went back to this branch, the store manager was apologetic. Still, this simple error created a lot of stress on my end, and the large chunk of this fund stuck in no where for a few days. It could jeopardize my investment account that I am supposed to transfer this fund over. In this market, that could mean a potential 20-30% loss out of the total amount. In addition, I asked the corporate service rep over the phone, what if the customer does not catch the error, will the money be gone, she said yes. Banked w TD for 8 years, and surprised the carelessness they had in handling large checks, and the lack of system to ensure accuracy. Terrible experience, and costing me time and money

The worst,slowest,unbelievable experience. Been in drive through line for so long and have not moved an inch. What could be going on with one person's transaction that couldn't be handled by now? Can't even leave because of so many cars jammed in around me. 🙄🙄🙄 This happens on the regular here

I am a regular customer of TD bank from the days it was Commerce bank, today , for the first time I ran across an employee, who was unhelpful almost to the pint of being rude. ( only in this branch.) I came in to have some papers notarized, he said “ me and my manager have a policy that we don’t notarize any copies. “ all I wanted to do is to have my signatures on the copies notarized. Damm , I am going to another branch. TD is still one of the better banks.

The five stars is specifically for Tyler who is currently working the drive through window during the pandemic. I’ve never been fond of any bank or banker for that matter but this guy deserves a raise and a promotion. He was chill and actually knew what he was talking about. Didn’t mince words or even get distracted when I made small talk. He responded back and kept working and got my issues resolved in record time. Y’all got enough money you should clone Tyler, fire everyone else at every location and put Tylers in every store at every position. While your at it, the T in TD should stand for Tyler. To be extra cool it should be Tyler Durden Bank. The first rule of banking, you do not talk about banking.

Had an issue with on line banking transition causing everyone problems and the branch manager stood up for me and removed extra charges due to their difficulties. This kind of service makes the difference to bank there in my opinion.
