This home depot is nice, clean, and organized. An associate asked if I need help and took me right to the product I was looking for which saved me a lot of time. The only registers open were Self checkout, no lines and no waiting. I was in and out quickly.

Would be 5, but seemed very understaffed, there is even a woman we will call her H, who I swear is imprisoned there. No matter what time I show up to do returns, 8am, 2pm, 8pm, she is there. I imagine the place would crumble.

They don’t have any coffee at this Home Depot but other then that it was as expected. Everyone was nice … cordial.

I don't really do reviews much but, I do want to say that Ben, in the lumber department, at the Hermitage PA store, was such a great help and helping me find, loading and unloading, pretty much from everything from a to z at the store. If I could get more than five stars to him, I would. Ben should get recognition for his customer service and assistance.

I ordered a washer/dryer to be delivered online. It went on sale a week after I placed the order so I called customer service and asked to have the lower price since it had not shipped at the time. The customer service rep told me that their policy was to give me the lower price but their system wouldn't let her give me the lower price. I told her not to do anything with my order. Instead of leaving my order alone, she cancelled my order. Despite the order being cancelled, I received an email a week before it was scheduled to be delivered telling me to prepare because the order was still being delivered. I discovered that Home Depot lied to me about my order when it was not delivered and I called to ask where it was. This is the second, and last, time I've had problems with Home Depot when ordering something that they don't have in stock. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they refuse to overnight the order that they messed up to me to make up for their mistake! This is costing me money because I have to cancel my plans due to their terrible customer service and refusal to fix their mistake. Never, ever order anything from Home Depot unless you want to have a bad experience.

I enjoy shopping here and the pleasantness of employees. Happy employees tell me that its a decent place. They do not cut various sheets of wood that are cut elsewhere, which makes it difficult to purchase because we have to cut ourselves in the parking lot.
