I had an appointment to get an alignment done. I got there early and no one was there. I could hear someone in the bathroom because his email kept dinging. He came out, didn't even bother to say hello until I did. Said he couldn't do my alignment because no one showed up. When I asked why he couldn't call and tell, he was very rude. Will not use this location again.

pretty terrible had brought my truck in to have the brakes checked they told my they were fine one week later they were grinding so I had to the also get new rotors I started taking it somewhere else but the my new mechanic retired I just needed brakes again and I took it back being that I had lifetime brakes there the manager told me that they discontinued the lifetime brakes how do you discontinue something someone already paid for

Went to get a muffler put on my car that was split, asked for estimate 400 dollars. Bought muffler for 55 dollars called back wanted 150 to put on and weld told them not to weld still wanted 150 offered 50 to take off to clamps put the new one on they told me no sorry sir ,went home took me 40 minutes to do in the street with no issues. Just to let everyone know I'm 62 had 2 mini strokes and a heart attack, that's how they treat seniors today . Thank you guys ,at Monroe muffler on RT30 in Irwin.. Paul

I was generally pleased with the service but they did quote me a price and when I went to have the repair I was told it was fifty dollars more. This seemed shady.

I have been using Monro for several years. I like their deals and quick turn around times. However, I’ve never completed a survey or felt a review was warranted, until today. I had the best technician, Steve Marie, who deserves to be recognized. He was not only knowledgeable, kind, and very patient with me, but he took the time and explained my vehicles issues to me throughly. I actually understand what the problem was and how he remedied it. He clearly cares about his work, and that type of service is hard to find nowadays. I haven’t had an experience like that in years. He is a huge asset to Monro—I am very very pleased.

Amazing workplace! I won’t take my car to just anywhere and they were professional and took great care with it. Alignment was great, car is running fanstastic, couldn’t be more happy. Manager was very knowledgeable and I’ll be returning here in the future. Thx again!

Brought my old Chevy up there to get brakes and a few things done… not the best of cars it was old… heard the 2 men with the door open making a joke of it.. like they are any better… they wanted to charge me 70 cash in their pocket to fix the exhaust to get it inspected …. Whoever runs the front desk is disrespectful and rude…. But the bald man who signed my paper was generous and kind.

oil change price is $90. The customer service guy is good and helpful but service is not that good They told me they will do alignment and charge me almost 140$ do it. But they did not align the car. What a joke place
